So Bokoen was forced to kick most of the Allies because they were protesting, so he let me invite my friends to the Bokoen HOI4 MP game.

I want to adress 2 things:
1. Sending an attache to Japan during china war is entirely different than an allied nation having an attache to Germany during ww2. You essentially know everything the axis does during ww2 which is very OP.
2. The allies went on strike due to the decision and hence were kicked and replaced, kind of simple.

I think it's fair for Bo to be upset about the attache thing but perhaps he should have tried to reason first instead of threatening with deleting factories immediately.
I agree. He just immediately starts to threat them instead of having a conversation.
Bo doesn't like having conversations since he believes people should be grateful for being allowed to play with him, it's kinda obvious he is starting to lose his friends with his attitude when you look at the amount of people that just left, even Braun and Swimmy left the game.
Check the top comments, Bo tried to reason for 5 mins which were cut from the vid before the threats.

@Aleph3575 bro he's doing that to me. He comes back to me trying to paint me as this uber bad guy just for saying he escalated the punishment too high too quickly. I've even suggested a more balanced and sensible solution in other comment threads of this video, and he's so up his that he's been ignoring them all.
As a long-time fan, I'm too invested now to divest from him, so I'm going to keep watching, but I hope that he takes the strategy I wrote and uses it next time.

If Bo wanted the attaché gone he could spend 10pp justifying on Brazil. When the otherside fuck up in his vids it's hilarious content, remember when the allies created a faction without any of them in so that German could annex Greece, Poland, Yugo, Denmark, Benelux, and puppet Dutch East Indies. The Allies in that game didn't start removing factories until Bo started WW2 they just suffered the consequences of their actions while everyone else laughed.

How does someone defend the Allies in this one. "Bo accepted Brazil attache so he should suffer the consequences" My brother in Christ the Allies now know everything the Germans are actively doing. How is that fucking fair? "Radar 6 does the same thing" 1. No 2. It's like 1944 tech 3. It doesn't cover all of Germany at all times
For real. But this is comming from the HOI4 community which is known for being desonest, so I'm not really surprised they defend the allies.
Because its not against the rules and Germany made a mistake when accepting it. Yeah, sucks to make such a gamebreaking mistake, but thats what happens sometimes.
@@Simonstoster It's not agaisnt the rules because most people with a normal sense of judgment would already assume that it is moraly wrong to do. Also, there is literally nothing Germany can do after he accepts the attache, so Brazil knows all plans and Germany has zero counter play to that. Even if it wasnt against the rules, it wouldnt be a fun game for both sides.
You're right they couldn't have been allowed to keep the attache but there was a better solution that just resorting to straight nuking Brazil.

TBH i feel like there is a way to make it so Allied nations and Axis nations shouldn't even have the button to send an attache to each other. there problem solved. And yes i do believe that Germany should not have just clicked by it. He accepted it, so its kinda 50/50 on blame. 50 to the ally who sent it cause he should know better then to do that, 50 on the Germ player for not reading it.

@@timon6759 well there is 2 sides to both wars. Axis would only be allowed to send to the Spain that the send volunteers to and allies the other one. Same with the jap war axis would only be allowed to send to Japan and Allies the enemy of Japan.

Well, what did the allies do that was bad? If I remember the game correctly, then it needs two to play the Tango. Meaning that the brazilian player sent the request and Bo accepted it. Now the brazilian player should not have done that, but then again Bo should not have accepted it. So blaming the brazilian player (and the allies) and not Bo would seem unfair. It is just like the spy system, you have guys in the enemy country and you get information, in this case the spy is Bo and he is feeding the brazilian player info where he has his troops.
Save the fact Bo was micro'ing against France and cat herding the axis at a critical time in the game, you don't have time to deal with shitty popups by bored allied members trolling. There is a time and a place for trolling that was not the right time.

Bokoen's decision was totally right and understandable. They most likely miss clicked and accepted the brazilian attache and then the brazilian player could just tell the position of every axis division to his team. The past allies acted like childs for leaving the game, it's like "they dont allow me to cheat so I will just leave"

@@timon6759 I'm trying to understand what you mean in all these comments about diplomatic solution? I didn't just instant game ruin Brazil? I gave him like 5 minutes of ingame time where he literally gave up information on my units as seen in the video. Only after 5 minutes I remove a single civ and the all leave. For reference I can add back the civs just as easily. Could I have initiated the conversation differently, yes of course. However that doesn't change that the Allies have an insane over reaction, even with a given 5 minute timeframe before any punishment happens.
@Bokoen1 Diplomatic means negotiating with Brazil. Offer him a reason why he should want to remove his attache. Because you are jumping straight to nuking Brazil as the only option, you give him only one possible response, which is to sacrifice the country to keep the intel.
However, if you had led with a refund, the attache and send it somewhere else option first and followed it up with nuking, now the fault is on Brazil to choose between his two possibilities.

@lolmenx4 No ots one civ and mil every time Bo clicks the button, which is until Brazil removes the attache. When the factories are gone, Bo will move on to manpower and anything else he can do with Host tools.
All in all more cost worthy to Bo that just refunding the attache which he openly admits he could have done with host tools.
