UPDATES TO VIDEO (March 2022):
Any two people may get married, regardless of gender, so long as they meet all other requirements to be married.
The cost for a marriage license is $100.
The Presumption of Death Act has been replaced with The Presumption of Death and Declaration of Absence Act.
