- Are you struggling with your spiritual self-enquiry or are you even frustrated, because you feel there is no improvement in your spiritual practice / meditation? Former Disciple of Ramesh Balsekar and Nonduality Teacher Roger Castillo explains how we progress from doing the self-enquiry to witnessing the inquiry.
According to Roger, especially in the beginning, it feels like effort. ‘It feels like 'I am doing this, I am doing the enquiry, I am doing investigating, I am doing the dropping into Being. And it's just the breaking of the other habit or the presence of the other habit that creates the impression that 'I need to get better at this.'
As the other habit that takes us out of Being falls away, we find that Being is actually where we reside. And it's completely natural. And it's not something that have to work at anymore.’
So what does it mean for the spiritual seeker? It means that we can calm down and become less frustrated, because we see that it is a process that we have to go through in our daily self-enquiry practice. Old habits have to go, new habits will come. Until habits lose their importance completely and we remain as the witness.

I see auras around all things and beings. I see how all auras interconnect and share information between all. I see auras to be one part, then two (a left/South and right/North hemisphere). I see the two halves of the aura contract to within themselves, continuing the contraction as a new expansion. As the two halves pass center, that s the point where they share information. The point of crossing is where the moment (now) is created also. All of the past (left) and the future (right) of the entire history of the universe is contained within an aura. , and is accessible! This is what I see. I see the 'duality' of an aura to be 'Good' Duality.
I like it! I am a human being a n d a human doing. I don t practice intent, sincerity, spirituality ,. I observe it. I don t make choices, life chooses for me. In that I am life, as life I participate in the choice. I don t own it. Therefore no blame. To blame all is to accept all. I don t control intent, I observe it. Observing it activates it to its highest level of quality, of efficiency for me to do all I am guided in doing. Passivity? Quite the contrary! Observing alignment with the source field allows me to see my true and authentic interests. All that I am guided in doing then is revealed as my desire, want, need, hope and wish. Y e s .
We are singularity bound duality. I am,- neg/pos, bad/good, fear/courage, competitive/cooperative, slow/fast, off/on ,. Both in balance, together, the labels fall away and pure energy,- is pure presense to respond pro-actively and cooperatively instead of partial presense to only react competitively. I am a singularity bound energy entity of duality.

I see,- all lifes things and beings are infinite life where all lifes energy center of singularity (soul) is ever passing from physical shell to all others (death and rebirth to, as all other lifes things and beings). A moment is arrived where a lifes light shifts to all other things and beings as a continuation of a new beginning of another cycle of life via retuning to the source where it is expanded with the light of all other things and beings, returned as an evolutionary enhancement to all. I see this in auras. The source being the singularity of which is the binding energy of duality (left - and right+). This is a 'good' duality (Oneness).
