  • Harshada presents Nandi Vahana , a Bhajan in praise of Lord Shiva. He is the one who rides the bull Nandi , who wears snakes as his ornaments and tiger skin as his garment ,who holds the trishoola, who plays the damaroo which makes the sound of Dhim Dhim Dhimi Thaka. That Lord lifts his left leg and dances to this sound in Chidambaram. To that the three eyed one with the deep blue neck, the one who is the consort of Girija, to that lord Shiva, we salute and prostrate.
Nandi Vahana in raagam Nagaswaravali set to Adi taalam , is a composition of Smt. Susheela Acharya.
Presenting excerpts from Harshadas Gejje(Salangai) poojai Bharatanatyam performance. Harshada has been undergoing training at URise Vedic Sangeetha Academy and is a disciple of Ms. Anjana Ramesh Sarma.
