I just opened mines and let it sit for about 2 hours before plugging it in and it turns on but doesn't work

Nice video except one pretty important point. You need to open the "Back top panel". Mine had a piece of packing tape holding down the ice lifter tray. It's called "ice scoop" on the instruction illustration. It won't work if taped down. Also there is NO marking that tells you the MAXIMUM WATER LEVEL inside the machine. The mark is on the ice basket and is essentially the bottom of the basket. I got a little annoyed looking for a mark that didn't exist. One last thing is that even though the machine is "off", the power light blinks on and off. I can't find any reference to this in the instructions.
Overall I'm happy with it and it makes convenient ice pretty quickly.
Question, can you run it all day where it automatically makes ice after you remove the ice or it melts without pressing any buttons or do I constantly have to press the buttons to get it to keep making ice? Please answer
What’s the cleaning program mean? do I do it before I start using my machine for the first time or whenever ?
Yes it says to clean it before using it, It doesn’t say how to clean it in the instructions but I just put some dish soap on napkin & kept wiping it down till there was no more soap. Hope that helps ❤️❤️
I use distilled water to avoid mineral deposits. If you use drinking water, it will remove the mineral build up.

What type of problems come from that ice maker
I ordered one last week couldn't get it to make ice.... so I sent it back and ordered another one... both this exact machine. So what am I doing wrong because I can't get it to make ice.

You’re probably not doing anything wrong. I just set mine up, following the instructions, and it keeps saying add water--although the water chamber is filled! Junk product, back to Target it goes!

Gday there How much is the bill to run this machine if in a busyness?
I just bought one.....it uses an average of 140 watts per hour to run.....1000 watts= 1 kw (based on my electric it would use 2 cents per hour or less.

Mine takes about 20 mins to make about 7 cubes....waste of money. A gimmick!!! Buy a bag of ice and keep in the freezer

So.. I have this unit c/o Santa who i would never say anything to but yall can scratch this off next years wish list..... claims ice cycle is 5-12 min in ambient temp range 50-105f... real world test in 67f room is 30 min.. what it does produce is roughly size and weight of an EMPTY 9mm shell case.. meaning there is no bottom and the cube is hollow.. so thin that you cant lift if out of the basket without collapsing under its own weight.. and i should also mention i complete 30min cycle yield is one hollow casing,, not one tray.. the claim of 24lb ice in 24hr is a stretch.. one cube cant be measured becasue it melts away before you can even lift the lid to retrieve it.. .

This is not portable since it is 120 volts. A portable ice maker should run on 12 volts.
