    • @jamesaaronmanarang
      @jamesaaronmanarang Рік тому +1

      @@aldomtz87 The Samsung Galaxy A34 5G is actually one of the best phones at its price range. It's cheaper than the Pixel 7a, the Galaxy A54 and other rivals.
      The Galaxy A34 5G boasts a similar software setup to the S23 flagship smartphones, with One UI 5.1 adding all of Samsung's usual mobile services. The camera may not be as good in low light vs. the A54, but its still fine for everyday photos and videos. And gamers can also enjoy a bit of heavy games like Genshin impact, on low detail settings - but the Mediatek chipset can't keep everything smooth all of the time though.
      On the other hand, Battery life is a highlight of the Samsung Galaxy A34 5G, giving all day play even with plenty of camera action.
      And that 120 hz Super AMOLED screen is a bit of a stunner, even if didn't support HDR streaming on Netflix. Visuals are bright and poppy, with a great stereo speaker setup(but no headphone jack).
      So for a budget price, the Samsung Galaxy A34 5G is a smartphone that's quite easy to recommend.
      I won't basically add a few hundred dollars or pesos more for a slight difference.
      Also the chipset of the A34 is better than the A54.
      Afterall, if you are up for the performance and quality, then buy the A34.
      But if you are up for the showmanship and trend-setting, then buy the A54.

    Im in south Africa. I recently upgraded to the A54 after owning a Redmi note 8 for 3 years. I haven't had any issues, the occasional jitter here and there but way better that the phone I had. Here in SA we only get the 8GB ram 256GB storage version. I would definitely recommend this phone.

    Best value phone I`ve had. Amazing pictures, great battery, fast charge, sturdy construction, loud speakers. I work in basically a construction site and i`ve dropped my phone 3 times since august and it`s fine. This is my new Nokia, it`s at that level, in 10 years I will always remember my A54 how much of a jump was coming from other cheap phones.

      @@ggvvgghhh4420 I do have Samsung`s purple smart view wallet-case because i got my phone in the same purple color and it stands out between all the black phones people usually have on the table. Very well protected. Since a month ago it upgraded it`s Android from 13 to 14 and let me tell you, now it feels 10 times faster. IDK what optimizations they did, but since the update to One UI 6 of the android 14, my phone feels way faster than when it was brand new. Since august it has 5 drops total (one right on pavement of the street). The case lost a bit of the paint on the sides but everything else is perfect even though I never treated my phone with much care. It got dirty, dusty, greasy, got rain on it, dropped, did not made updates on time etc. You just clean it with a cloth or your tshirt and its back at work now, even better than day 1. It doesn`t feel real tbh, i did not expected this, I expected like a 10-20% better quality than my old budget phone (that at the time of purchase was basically the same price), but my purple A54 is in another galaxy (pun intended haha).

    Me and my family have actually owned several phones over the past two years. I think this year alone I have owned S23 Plus, Pixel 7, S21 FE 5G, S22 Plus (Exynos), plus my wifes A52s and her older S20 FE 5G. My son owns an iPhone 13 Pro Max.
    I actually got the A54 as I am a sucker for trying new tech no matter if its budget or not (plus I can afford it). I took it out with me on a family trip and tested everything from camera down to call quality everything you would expect. You need to remember I am comparing it against all of the phones I mentioned above as those are phones I am very familiar with.
    First thing is first, camera wise I must have taken around 200 shots using every camera on the phone, but mostly just the main wide sensor. My opinion of the camera is that when the lighting is great, photos come out very good compared to the other phones. Sometimes the phone takes a while to snap a photo but mostly with good lighting it is great. I would say the photos definitely remind me of the S20 FE 5G/S21 FE 5G with a slight hint towards newer processing of the S23. Obviously the S23 will give you better images overall but I would say I am very happy. Video is okay, wasn't really excited by it.
    Battery wise, it's a bit of a meh, but maybe I need to give it time and let it learn my patterns for a week or two. It didn't heat up too much either like my exynos S22 Plus. As for the screen it is very nice, definitely closer to S23 levels though I would say nowhere near as bright.
    Overall there is more to say but its a great phone, the Exynos 1380 its clearly doing its job well but there are many people who jump on the Exynos hate bandwagon because of other phones. I mean yes I can see the justification, but I actually think it works here.
    If my S23 Plus broke I wouldn't mind using this one as a back up. That's a good thing I guess.

      This A54 is totally fine for most people. There are reasons why even on Western countries, só many people like to buy those Samsung A5x smartphones every year.
      A54 has everything:
      1️⃣ nice design
      2️⃣ good main camera
      3️⃣ good overall midrange performance
      4️⃣ good battery life
      5️⃣ Samsung OneUi features including Samsung Routines
      6️⃣ basic Android features including Gestures, Split View, Floating Windows
      7️⃣ Long term support

      Hmmm idk I would only buy this at a discount. I currently have the A54, using it to respond to you, and I have a 15 PM as my main phone. This phone is alright but it does have stutters and some lag to it no doubt. It's running the latest update and app updates. It can lag between switching apps. The finger print sensor works 70% of the time. The camera is okay but didn't expect it to be amazing anyway especially compared to my iPhone. The facial recognition is terrible like awful almost never works. But I got this phone new for $250 and for this price no doubt it's worth it. But for $450? I would just save up and get a S23, pixel 8 or iphone 15. That's really my only complaints. The OS is personal preference so no comment. But the screen size, battery life, build quality feel, and screen quality are very good.

Put it on sleep mode. I've tried keeping apps on deep sleep. Turning on power saving mode and stuffs, but doesn't really helps. It does slightly feels like it increased the life a little. I have been using A51 and thought of buying A54, but it was heavy and I knew I wouldn't be able to hold it comfortably for hours lol. Not to mention I have smaller hands so it's kinda hard to hold 6.6-inch phones as well. Max limit for me is 6.5. I was happy A54 was 6.4 but the glass back and thickness made me uninterested. I hope the A55 is lighter.

    • @Shafiqur016
      @Shafiqur016 Рік тому

      @@manellejoykadusale7777I don't think there would be a price hike because A54 js already priced to a point for what it offers is simply way too high. I'm using poco f5 which is a SD 7+ gen 2 device and with the highest variant 12gb ram and 256gb of storage it costed me $370. The display is comparable to the A54 + has the dolby vision certification along with hdr10+ support. And it gives a 12 bit display as well. Has a headphone jack, IR blaster and provides 67w charging adapter and cable in the box with a TPU case as well. Thats an insane value and Samsung could have just offered a better A54 with the sd 7+gen 2 within it's current price. Since Samsung isn't providing a 12bit display, dolby vision certification or adapter along with it.

      They are more likely doing try and error till they have their perfect exynos processors. The one in A54 is pretty good for my own needs but it definitely needs improvements.
      I am rooting for Samsung to be independent in their processors, to in a near future all their phones use use Exiynos and work like the ones from apple. I’m rotting for them to not need to use snapdragon.
