It's so exciting to get a baby parrot it never gets old I remember all the work an getting them use to you an what's to hard an going thru baby phases but I also like the baby nosies an for my conures all they wanted to do was cuddle hours on end they still like cuddling when they were older but could play by them selves on a Java stand as long as I'm sitting next to it If I walk out the room for more than two contact calls even when I do answer back they still fly to me they don't like to be left alone
Aww so cute!! I really wish I can have a Indian ringneck .I have a budgie who is really naughty and is near me right now.just like your bird she doesn't like to be left alone i love her so much ❤🐤
Are all conures like that? That's so cute!! I imagine there are times it may not be totally convenient but I'm sure it's the same as with my cats....they are very attention driven and needy because I raised them showering them with affection all the time. Once in a while it's a pain that I can do nothing without them trying to climb on me wanting attention. But I will take those times happily because it is so worth the unconditional love and I always know that when I am down and needing some love and attention all I have to do is sit down and I have a lap full of snuggle buddies wanting and giving attention and love. 💕

I'm waiting for my breeder to have babies again. It won't be until next spring unfortunately but, until then I'll have a baby Pineapple conure to cuddle and bond with. It was her last baby and It won't be home until 4 to 6 weeks. We will be visiting often to get it used to us and maybe start training a little with a target and clicker.

Such a cute baby! If I were to get a parrot I’d get an Indian ring neck, although I have heard that they are tough to handle during adolescence.
They do go through a bluffing stage which can be a difficult time.

I am a newly lovebird owner, and I cannot get them to come near me, or to do any training and I let them out and the millet thing worked for a little bit and now by the time I get to the door they’re flying out any suggestions and what your secret?

Can you make a video on DIY toys? Also, if it wouldn't be too much trouble could you possibly do a video on making perches out of like untreated wood(from a lumber store)? I think it be a better alternative for people who want to make their own perches but, don't want or have the time to disinfect it.

It would be difficult to make perches from untreated wood from the store as they come in huge pieces. I don't have the tools to make them into perches but I will look into it. Have you seen my other perch videos?

It's possible he will be a talker. I here him mumbling while falling asleep and he hears all the other birds talking.

Good evening! Aww you can have 1.I have a female ringneck parrot and I have 2 cats (I had 3 others cats too) . I introduced my cats to my parrot and told my cats they are not aloud to touch her because she is like a sister, she is part of the family. So, you have to be kind to her and you know what my cats scared of her. Parrots and cats can bond with each other just you need to teach them. Of course never let them together without supervision. Wishing you all the best x
@@lilie.k8853 Thx. It might be, but my father once bought a goldfish and it met an untimely demise at the paws of one of them. I´d rather not think what they´d do to a bird. They are quite the handfull, so i´d rather not risk the birds life on it.
Hi, I have heard that ringnecks don't like other species of parrots, and even attack them. Is it true? If it is, does it just mean they can't be kept in the same cage or do they even attack them if on should let them fly in the room together? Thanks
It's best to never house different species together and with ringnecks it's best to house them separate even if you have 2 as they are known to fight or kill each other.
Ringnecks can be nasty to other birds, some may tolerate other birds when out together, it depends on the bird.

Hi, join some Indian Ringneck Groups and ask in there. Ask where they have gotten their Ringneck from. Search for bird clubs in your area as they may list breeders on their website.
Google breeders in your area.
Ask the breeders many questions to make sure they are good breeders.
Ask how they raise their babies.
Some are birdie mills or they don't take care of their birds very well.
Ask if the parents are tested for viral disease and Ask to see the paper work.
It I'd hard to find breeders that health test but if they do then that's great!
