Needle Felting a Spider for Halloween

I’ll talk you through the simple steps to needle felt this cute Spider for Halloween and show you how quick and easy it is to needle felt these small spiders.

Materials you’ll need:
Needle felting wool in the following colours, preferably carded wool but you can use merino tops:
Black
White (tiny amount)
1 x 30cm or 12 inch pipe cleaner or chenille stem approx. 6mm thick
Equipment:
Fine Felting needles:
A 40 Guage triangular needle or a 38 Gauge would also be ok
A 42 Gauge triangular needle for smoothing (optional)
Foam or mat to work on
Please Note that the finished item is NOT suitable for children as it contains small parts that can easily be removed and may be a choking hazard.
