Moldaver told you what cold fusion could do but you didn’t show it during your reaction. The power will allow clean water filter plants to turn on, manufacturing plants can now start making medicines, clothes, and food can be processed. Also, If you watch the after credits, you would first see a billboard showing you can get your own cryo suite. Moldaver was rich and probably used these. She was against Vault-tec so they wouldn’t let her in.
Cooper’s wife and daughter either went to the special vault and didn’t let him in because of what he learned in the meeting, or they took air transport to the site. Remember she said they we’re going to a special vault where they can manage ALL of the other vaults. She is not in 31; because it only manages vault 32 and 33.
The robot in vault 31 is Bud Askins brain. am with you…I would rip off that syringe and threaten to pick him up and bash his glass against the steel floor. If the robot dies the people in vault 31 are doomed to be frozen for an eternity…Bud wouldn’t risk it.
Finally, the city Hank went to was also on one of the last billboards in the after credits, showing New Vegas.
