    Ingredients:
    2 cups Egusi
    Goat meat
    Saki
    Pomo/ cowleg
    Dry fish
    Grounded crayfish
    Knorr
    Onion
    3 peppers
    2 scotch bonnet
    Palm oil
    Ground locust beans
    Pour your assorted meat( cow leg, shaki,Ponma) into a pot
    -Add your onions, knorr, salt
    -Add enough water and let it cook
    -cook for at least 40-50minute until tender
    -Once cooked remove meat and discard the stock
    -In a separate pan put your goat meat and beef
    -Add knorr, onions and salt
    -let it cook without adding water
    -Once the juices of the meat are out add water to it
    -let it cook for 20 Minutes
    -Once it’s cooked set it aside
    -Get your scotch bonnet , paprika and onion blend it
    -Get your pot add your palm oil let it get hot
    - Add your pepper mixture
    -Fry it add your seasoning and grounded crayfish
    -Add your assortment meat and the goat meat/ Beef
    - Pour the beef stock into the sauce
    -Mix it all together and add the dry fish
    - Pour your grounded Egusi into a bowl
    -Add aroma and water mix the Egusi into a thick paste
    -Add the Egusi mixture to the sauce
    -Cover it to and allow it cook
    -Get your dry Ugu and Dry Uziza leaves wash it with hot water
    -Add the leaves to the Egusi sauce
    - Allow it all cook together
    - The Egusi soup is ready.
    - Enjoy your delicious Egusi with Pounded yam or any swallow of your choice.
