Hey guys, I have a few dislikes on this vid, I was wondering is it due to not the most crisp gameplay? Honestly was considering not posting this game but did in the end because I thought it was fun even though it wasn't the highest level of gameplay. Do yall prefer high level play over experimental potentially messy games?

part of the charm I find in your channel is seeing you genuinely having fun, and even when you sweat, win, lose, troll - its still higher than 99% of the skill of your viewers, so don't think we have the right to complain XD

Game is about building counters. The spies were brilliant. Late game - Cav - was the appropriate decision which I see you realized right before losing.

GG! In what situations do you like to send the church card?
Having red outlines on video thumbnails is a bad idea. I can't tell if I've watched your video or not because UA-cam shows a RED bar at the bottom as well. Just really confusing and I end up accidentally not watching some videos because I think I've seen them already.
I have thought about that and considered it, I'm going to test some slight changes to see if I can make it work better. Thanks for the thoughtful comment, nice to see my community members with in depth constructive thoughts like this.
I will just say the right units the one and the only right unit you needed the whole game and didnt build any of it is "Hussar".
Switching musk was a wast of resources so in my opinion the only good unit that could have fough back abus gun and ottman bombard would have been hussar and with your long bows you could have stood a better chance.
Still the spy move was hilarious 🤣 in all my aoe 3 game over the past 2 years i haven't tried or seen anything like that.

Unfortunate you did not send the Rangers from the Church, could have instantly popped 30 skirms when you had 5 tps with greenwich meantime

Gr8 game! Spies were awesome. Even though it was age 2 card, I think sending wood b4 1k gold wud have served u better.
I really hate playing as brits against otto. Brits lack the overpowered units otto have. Maybe having included some cav could have made things better, but those nizam counter both musketeers, cavalry and artillery.
Overall, good game. maybe having shiped the falcs early could have made some difference early on
Yea, he through me off with the deli and catching vils. I also did not do myself favors by avoiding rebuilding tc for so long and making sub optimal unit composition most of the game xD
It is also kind of sad that Brit's eco bonus of Manor Houses mostly cancels out the strategy of 2-3 TC booming (with enough pressure to deal with artillery) versus Ottomons to avoid dealing with their turtle 🐢.
You can use rangers it can defeat the entire ottoman army including jannisery and nizam fussilers
British has the best units in the game

Ya, you're right honestly. In AOE4 I build walls much more often, not sure if it's an ease of placing the foundation that makes me not do it here. It feels like it takes a lot to find the correct spot to seal off but not have the red icon. In AOE4 it snaps to the edges, which makes it much easier and quicker to do. Maybe I'm not patient enough.
