OMG the ex talk is on my August TBR too!! I cannot wait to hear your thoughts 😍 also you should def do a ranking TJR books once you get through her backlist!
I would love to see a 24 hour readathon, your physical tbr and having Liam pick your books would be a fun video!! I plan on getting reading Sarah J Mass for the first time this month. I'm going to start with Throne of Glass. I love all of Cassandra Claire's books she is my favorite author and I only have ever read her fantasy books so we will see how I like SJM.
the naturals is a great y.a. thriller/murder mystery. it has a couple more books but it doesn’t end off in the biggest cliffhanger where you would need to read the new ones. i read it in on sitting and it was so interesting
Getting outside of your comfort zone sounds great! I would definitely vote for a 24-hour readathon. I am definitely going to start preparing TBR lists in advance, rather than just relying on my mood to choose a book.
I really recommend The hate you give! It's neither a romance nor fantasy and I just think it's one of those books everyone needs to read! It is also a movie(which is also amazing!)
I just checked out Bunny from the library and I'm so excited to finally read it! I'm currently reading Every Summer After, and I also got ACOTAR checked out from the library!
If you're trying to get out of your genre comfort zone I would recommend 'Nine Days' by Toni Jordan. It's a historical fiction set in Melbourne, and there are 9 chapters with each chapter going through a pivotal day in one of the family member's lives. it's non-linear which initially is confusing but once you get to the end and see how it all tied together it's great.
I can’t wait to see what you think of Bunny! It’s one of the most unique books I’ve read. I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s horror, it’s just a little creepy at times & extremely bizarre but not necessarily scary. I thought everything made perfect sense by the end but at the same time I had about 20 different theories on what was actually going on lol
Reading 7 days in June and love it so far! I'm also wanting to read more of TJR books. She's SO good!!! One of my fav authors now. Happy reading month. 😊
I haven't read Bunny, but it does seem like a book that is hard to pin down. I love getting out of my comfort zone. I hope these books are enjoyable for you.
When you were talking about TJR i had to google how many of her books that i am still yet to read and they are... Maybe in Another Life (which i have at home and plan to read after i am finished Reminders of Him), 'One True Loves' (which i purchased yesterday) and the short story 'Evidence Of The Affair' 👌 💖
Would highly recommend the cosy mystery genre! I love thrillers but am not always in the mood for something creepy so cosy thrillers are becoming some of my faves!
@@heyyitssj either the Thursday Murder Club (and its sequel) or A Spoonful of Murder are good ones! The Maid by Nita Prose is also good but not quite as cosy as the other two!
halfway through a 12-day iso period and I read Verity by CoHo in one sitting and Into the Water by Paula Hawkins (author of Girl on the Train) in last two days. still a bit messed up in the head by both but both those dark-ish books were out of my comfort zone and so so good!! Verity was actually my first CoHo read so can't wait to see what else she has
bunny is on my tbr for august as well! i'm very new to this genre too so i'm a little nervous haha, but excited to read! can't wait to hear your thoughts!
Every Last Secret by A.R. Torre is such a great mystery book (wouldn't say thriller but a good mystery to keep you on your toes)! It's set in a rich neighbourhood and this couple moves in next door to the Cat and William, and the woman next door just got a job at the Winthrope tech company and is being really suspicious and acting really weird around Cat's husband. It's told from the 2 main woman's point of views and it's so so mysterious and intriguing! It's also on kindle unlimited so definitely check it out if you can!
I’m currently reading Funny You Should Ask by Elissa Sussman (highly recommend), and hope to read Verity, Before The Coffee Gets Cold, A Good Girls Guide To Murder and The Roughest Draft
i just finished a court of thorns and roses , it was a bit of a chore to get though at times but i really enjoyed the ending so i’m excited to read the rest of the series!!
I wouldn’t go into bunny with any expectations for the plot. I think people who usually rate it one star are disappointed because it ends up being different from what they expected. For those who rate it 4 stars and higher appreciate the twist and unexpectedness
If you had an out of the home job with actual hours or a child, your reading list would shrink dramatically! You must have a LOT of free time. I’m a fast reader but I have a part time job and children. Not much reading gets done by me anymore.
2 book videos in a row 😍 you’re so good to us! 💕📚
💗🌷💓
A video where Liam picks your tbr would be so cute!
I might have to do it 🤭

yes i second the ranking TJR books 🙋♀️
Oooh that’s such a good idea Mariam!!! Maybe after I read Carrie Soto I’ll film it 🤩

I remember loving queen of shadows so much!
Everyone’s been saying that 😍🫶🏼
Would love a video on your 5 star reads from different genres

I would love to see you film a reading books outside of my comfort zone video!
Would love to see a 24 hour reading vlog!!
writes super good thrillers!! I especially enjoyed The Dark Hours by him :)

Two book videos in a week!! 😍😍 Please try CJ Tudor she is my absolute favourite author!

I saw that one in the book store the other day and almost picked it up! Maybe I’ll have to go back and get it 👀

i’d love to see your physical tbr! i did that video recently as an excuse to rearrange my books haha
I love watching them so maybe I should film it 🤔

What’s a good book in the cosy mystery genre?
Yes I definitely need to read some!!!

@@charlottesinclair9354 ohhh thank you!
One of my favorite thrillers is Rock Paper Scissors by Alice Feeny. Not really a psycho thriller but more of lots of plot twists!
I’ve heard so many good things about that one! Def need to pick it up!
the girl before has also been adapted into a tv series if you enjoy the book!
Yes I saw that!! Is it any good??
congrats on 200k!!
Thanks Abby!! 🌷
obsessed with your book videos
tysm 🥹🌷
I really enjoyed City of Girls! Was a bit slow to start but I did love the vibes, not as dramatic as Seven Husband's - a bit more chilled ☺️
I read city of girls and it was ok. It just didn’t really land for me personally
On a roll with the book uploads 😍
The Masterpiece is amazing!!
I finished The Masterpiece yesterday coincidentally and I gave it a 4.5 stars. Absolutely loved it!
I have "The girl before" on my TBR for this month as well. 😊 Found it for 2$ at our thrift store. 🥰
Welcome back my love
I was NOT fan of Bunny, so I"m curious to hear your thoughts 🤔

The first one is definitely my least favourite so hopefully you’ll love the rest 🤩✨
yessssss!!! love all the content. especially the reading content
A good thriller is One of Us is Lying by Karen McManus and 14 Ways to Die by Vincent Ralph
JP Delaney is soo good! Must read his other books including Believe Me (main character is an actress) and the perfect wife (AI related)
I'm listening to the Masterpiece on audible love it so far
Okay yay!! I think I’ll start it today!
I absolutely love your content. I recently discovered you through Sophy and Georgia and have been binge watching your videos 😅
Welcome to the fam 🫶🏼🌷✨🥰
Where can I follow you on goodreads?! ☺️
Love that I’m reading ToG with you!
Looooved this! 😝 Im 80% through Archer’s Voice atm, but thinking i’ll start the Shatter Me series next or continue with the Twisted Series.
Fantastic video Rachel!😸

Forever Interrupted is one of my top 3 favorites from Taylor Jenkins Reid. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts! You will definitely need some tissues
Eeeep I don’t want to cry 😭 but I know I will 😂
@@RachelCatherine come to the
I have been dying for you to read forever interrupted since I read it in January. Cannot wait to see what you think! Woooo😊🙌🏻💕
Eeeep I definitely need to get to it!!
i read bunny on July and it took me 2 weeks because i was incredibly bored 😗
Oooh 😮
do you have goodreads? i’d love to follow you on it!!
you should read you've reached sam
Bunny was such a strange one, I think I was just confused 99% of the time but it was definitely an interesting read for me.
I read city of girls and I LOVED it, I can't wait to know what you think of it ❤️✨
