When you die, you drop it and you can pick it up again

There's also a hack to keep it continuously my friend has one and can even put attachments in it such as red dot etc

One thing you didn't clarify is that when you die and lose the gun, someone else can pick it up off the ground, so be careful around the enemies :P

You Can Still Pick The Mini-Gun Up Off The Ground After You Die If No One Takes It Because I've Done It It Doesn't Matter If You Shoot It or Not Its Permanent Until Proven Un Usable .
