I think Skunk Anansie were the opening act, if I call rightly. Though I did see Lenny a couple of times during this era, might have been Blind Melon opening, or maybe that was another show.
I saw this show with Blind Melon opening. Probably one of the best out of hundreds of bands. I went to more shows over the years, the circus tour was the incredible. He is a consummate virtuoso soul singer and his band with Craig, Cindy, Jack, and Henry are all beyond brilliant. Blind Melon was also phenomenal as an opener. I’ve been blessed to be up front for several of Lenny’s shows. Lenny and his bandmates are true Avatars in this Yuga like Bob Marley and Jimi Hendrix.
