They wouldn't do mine. And mine is a 2011 so I don't know why they're telling me they're not going to do it
Has anyone replaced the dashboard? Is the new dashboard improved or will it be the same again? Please if anyone knows this would help me a lot
This is why I won't buy a Mazda again....I have a 20212 Speed 3 and mine has separated from the heat, and I know for sure that mine wasn't the only Speed 3 that's had this problem, but Mazda refuses to acknowledge this problem

I went in when I got my speed and they said they had fixed it per the previous owner (I’m the second) but now my entire dash is sticky instead of just above my cluster. I went with sticky dash fix online and I’m going to try that.
HI, I bought my MAZADA 3, 4 years ago, and the dash has just recently started melting, can put in the complaint or is it too late? i live in NORTH CYPRUS where i bought the car. PLEASE HELP.

Καλησπέρα. Εγώ έχω ένα Mazda 3 sedan 2010 και το αγόρασα καινούργιο το 2016. Πριν λίγους μήνες άρχισε να χαλάει και το ταμπλό στο δικό μου αυτοκίνητο. Άρχισε να κολλάει και να σχίζει σε κάποια σημεία. Δεν χρησιμοποίησα ποτέ γυαλιστικά ή κάτι άλλο στο ταμπλό. Επικοινώνησα με την Mazda στην Αθήνα και μου είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχει κάτι που μπορούν να κάνουν. Σαν ανταλλακτικό όλο το ταμπλό έρχεται με προπληρωμή 1400€ καινούργιο. Εσείς έχετε βρεί κάποια άλλη λύση;

WHAT A GREAT ADVERTISEMENT FOR MAZDA CARS. NEEDING TO EXTEND THEIR WARRANTY TO COVER A MAJOR FAULT IN THEIR DESIGN. WELL DONE MAZDA. I CAN'T WAIT TO NEVER BUY ONE. THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP.
Can we still get this fixed ? I ha e a 2010 mazda 3 had it 1 year and half and my dash is melty when i clean it chunks come off

Yes. My 2013 Mazda 6 is currently in the shop getting this problem fixed now.
just got mine done two days ago. the warranty is: 10 years or 100,000 miles (i believe). so this is the last year. my car is rarely driven and has been garage kept entire time...so i did not think i needed to do it. but the sticky started last year. there are currently three recalls out for the mazda 3 2010.

same! I only realised that my dashboard melted several months ago, I thought someone spilt something on it and was trying to wipe it off..
The Crash Pad (Dash) Recall is on Mazda 6 (GH variant). Mazda 3 might not be eligible for Warranty Replacement of Dashboard.
Yeah I just found out about this and they told me that the warranty ended in 2019 I have a Mazda 3 as well 2012 but they said it’s gonna cost $800 to fix

ClawzYT yeah I know tbh it makes my car look super ugly but that’s what the dealership said so anything there will always be pretty expensive to fix
Or just buy a cheap dash cover
