I'll say the 4x4 slash is still an I'll stand by it one of the best all rounders.. I've owned 2 4x4s an 3 2wds.... I just brought another brushless 4x4 slash for $100
@@dracones3020 marketplace I've got alot of good deals on there from a 1/5 26cc Baja for $150, SCX10ii with lc70 hard body an tray for $100 an heaps more... I buy a sell RCs an put them on my channel before I flip them
Don’t get me wrong. The slash is one of the best looking vehicles on the market. But for performance. I would recommend the Traxxas rustler. It’s a little bit more stable. In my opinion a little bit more fun to drive and this is coming from a guy who’s owned both trucks on the same spec with no modifications. Just my opinion, but still an awesome truck. Great video.
I love ny collection of 2wd slashes gravel slinging brishless monsters. I race carpet oval and road course and i have two brushed non lcg slashes that are converted into open wheel modified and one is a street stock for oval racing and my others are stock brushless lcg for off road carpet racing
Also the traxxas nitro slash is also one of the best beginner nitro rc cars. Electric start and parts everywhere! They also eat tires with all the power!
Yep I got the slash 2x2 and converted it to a monster slash bigger tires body lift and bigger motor oh and higher power battery it’s been 6+ years still running great
It’s more power and it’s fun, but the only thing is it’s kinda expensive, compared to brushed. But I do agree it can be better than the stock 12t titan 550
i have the 4x4 version and its really good but it isnt all that hype. It paracgutes when you jump it and its a short couse so dont expect it to do anything a open wheel rc can do
I bought one and the seller said it comes with a battery included. Guess what, the batter woth it wasn't there. Great. Need to spend over 50 quid for a battery
Just buy a zeee 2s lipo you can get them for less than 40 for 2. You’ll just either get a traxxas to deans adapter or you’ll have to cut and solder the new connector to your esc
Well the brushed one ain’t that fast or the beast but it seems good and is cheap af I have a vxl 2wd slash and that thing is fun as fuck an is only 300 and is commonly on sale and it is worth that 300 dollars
I've had more fun with my Slash 2wd VXL than my Stampede VXL, Team Associated RC-18T, Losi Mini-LST, or my Hoss 4x4 VXL. The only cars more fun to drive are Losi's old 1/36 Micro Line and their 1/24 Scale cars. Nothing beats being able to R/C indoors at all times of the year comfortably! Lol, I need to quit being a wuss and get my larger scale cars muddy once in a blue moon...
2wd SCT RTR for RTR?.... The AE pro2 sc10 is WAY better. You need the LCG chassis to even come close. Has the old b5 buggy style chassis and is better for racing yet can still be bashed on 3s.
Love my two wheel drive slash.
Its gravel spitting, rooster tail shooting, donut spinning mayhem. Glad to have it in my collection.

Where did you get a 4x4 for $100 that is a steal and a half

What does brushless mean?
Slash is the best well rounded fun you can have on RC. Mine is all stock , bashed , since 2017
As an 7 year RC enthusiast who’s spent thousands of dollars I can say that I am amongst those who’s never owned a slash. I need one this year.
slashes are great all around trucks. best for bashing and at home driving but can be decent at racing
My friend brought one of those into school today and that is what got me into the hobby

Thanks!
I’ve had one since 2018 best car ever never had any problems bashed that car so much never broke
It's an amazing truck, I bought the 2wd kit for $200 and it was extremely durable and had amazing build quality, definitely the best beginner rc.
Couldn't agree more!
It’s pretty good I have one and it never really breaks.
Also the traxxas nitro slash is also one of the best beginner nitro rc cars. Electric start and parts everywhere! They also eat tires with all the power!
I have a slash it looks huge. Mine is orange. and I love your RC truck
Pretty sure the new ones are brushless?
I have the same one a different color. Fun to race
I have a Lightening McQueen R/C
The slash is good but u will have to upgrade to better tires for better performance
Yep I got the slash 2x2 and converted it to a monster slash bigger tires body lift and bigger motor oh and higher power battery it’s been 6+ years still running great
4x4 is always best
Brush less is way better for Long lasting and more power and brushed is just cheaper

Was my first it was great
Currently, I’m building one but it’s brushless
I have one of the discontinued, SCT models and it’s the best RC car I’ve ever drove and I raced it against my friends slash every time at won
I have the same one
Yes

it’s probably the only rtr that’s worth keeping
Spend the extra $125 and get a vxl you have way more fun with it
I have that
The torment is amazing!!!

How much is it
is this RC car is safe to drive on dirt without having to worry about it getting damaged?
yes
Nah The Hpi Jumpshot V2 SC 2wd it super strong
