Actually its a bad translation. the original is "体力ゲージの最大値が増えますが、 全ての属性耐性がダウンします。" ( The maximum value of your health gauge will increase, but all attribute resistance will decrease.) The real effect is Increases Health by 40, but reduces all Resistances by 10.

Is there any way to find/upload save datas for mhgen and mhxx with these cats? I remember some of them were retired from 3ds servers and is too hard to find japanese players with them.

@@XRADU97 They had some licensing issues, they could host them only for a limited time and once that time they paid for having the collaborations ended, Capcom had to retire the cats. There are also more cats missing from this list according to a friend of mine, cats which were even more "time limited" because they were released for few weeks/months only i think.

im working on upload every cat online but testing on real hardware takes a lot time.
