I’ve been eying up used poppers. Are they easy to deep clean? Also, if the proportioned preseasoned pack is only $1, sounds like it isn’t worth it to use bulk oil and popcorn right? Where are you sourcing your proportioned popcorn and the bags to sell it? Guessing Sams?
I deep clean them with soap and water. I don’t ever let them get to bad to a point I have to use chemicals. Bulk oil and popcorn and flavoring probably for this size machine runs you about a quarter. So it’s definitely cheaper. And yes Sams for bulk popcorn proportioned popcorn. But there are quite a few other places ( online) as well.
Can you pop Mushroom kernels in that type of machine? I want a kettle corn/flavor corn business, but Fire dept wont allow traditional set ups for making kettle corn at markets/events-propane issues-Let me know if this machine like the one you're using in this video will work for the mushroom. Thanks---I went to the site you suggested and only has larger commercial industrial machines, i didnt see the one youre using. Please advise
