Recently I was just talking to a friend about how valuable your channel Is when It comes to found composers, works or renditions that are not so popular but sure they are pure gold. Thank you very much for your work. Greetings from México!
Ingrid Haebler was a trully specialist in Mozart. Her renditions are reference to anyone who wishes seriously take on this repertory. Some could dislike this or that, but in the end is a matter of taste.
Thank you for uploading Mozart variations. I really like listening his works with scores. Where is the 10 Variations (K.455)? I guess it's missing in your playlist. Hope you add it someday.
Very interesting variations ! Never heard them before ! Thank's for posting them But in my opinion despite a very elegant clarity in the articulations, the performance lacks so terribly of dynamics. Forte and piano are pretty the same here without any real contrast of sound, power, even colour.. but ok, just my taste
@@bartjebartmans Some people love to bitch. Thank you for posting this Bartje; I'm familar with most of Mozart's keyboard output, but I had never heard this before.
I also noticed this about her playing, but don't see it to be pitied or worthy of making fault of it unless the original composition made it clear as to what was desired by the composer. For that matter, even searching for an "educated" opinion, it takes perseverance to even find a pertinent written opinion-I'll leave that to the real experts who have studied the question. There was a time when a repeat was merely for the sake of repeating the simple statement, not to explore other interpretations. Respectfully
Often Mozart's variation sets are even better than sonatas ....

If it’s the matter of taste, then how can you present the first part of your comment as an axiom?
@@danal81 there are good taste or bad. There are people who do not like Mozart at all.
@@weiliu3623 yes, but judging what’s “good taste” and what’s “bad taste” is subjective too.
Oh I don't, I like Haebler for various reasons too. @@tejasnair3399

Pity that the pianist repeats exactly after each double bar.
Pity you keep finding fault with every video I post. Zijn we een beetje een zeurpiet?
