Noah have you thought about investing in a steering damper like a Scotts?
You only need a steering damper if your arms are weak. But he should consider this if they give him one as a sponsor including cash bonuses for placement finishes.

So your saying guys like Gram Jarvis, Mike Lafferty, Ryder Lafferty, Cody Webb have weak arms? I have been riding district 6 hare scrambles, ECEA hare scrambles and Enduro's for 32 years now and a Scotts steering damper was the best investment I ever made. I have also used the WER damper with moderate success.
You can have all the upper body strength in the world, but it won't help keeping the wheel straight when you get a glancing blow to it.
As for a sponsorship, he had one last year with Enduro Engineering and had mediocre finishes.
@@fredted1611 it’s interesting that all the people you mention are sponsored by Scott’s. That was my point. I have been riding more years than you. Sponsorship part is the most important. Unless you’re sponsored by DAD. His experience with Enduro engineering last year was fantastic. He learned a lot and he learned it fast. He had great opportunities and progressed and improved the entire time. If a steering damper was so important don’t you think that bikes would come with them? They are a gimmick tool product for sale. Not one major manufacturer puts them on new bikes. Why? Snake 🐍 oil for people with weak arms. I would however use the valve stem caps that have the LED in them so you have a little light circle when you’re riding it makes you faster. I would get the blue ones. It almost seems like the bike is floating on dirt. I’m just saying.
