allright lads! hee hee, had problems with my front pipe,, big noise oh dear , turned out its the lambda sensor c/w with mounting rusted away from pipe. i manged to unscrew the sensor from the mounting ,grind mounting into a square , get a bit 1.6mm steel plate 80mm x 70mm , cut square in mddle , mig weld in mounting , then make the plate into a saddle , then with 2 pipe clamps , fix it ,with lots of firegum ,to pipe, clean up the sensor thread then screw in back in ...hey presto ,it worked... ill get a pipe sometime ....lads !!
hi. what rear silencer do u have on the astra ??, looks and sounds lovely.. I've just replaced my front and middle but kept standard klarius backbox, I want something that just purrs lol.
Do away with centre box and get a straight pipe from front to rear silencer less restrictive and more fuel efficient and cheaper will still pass mot and does not effect sound level

awesome my flexi pipe went but got the garage to change it I chickened out of getting under the car in case the jack failed lol

Think there pretty much all the same mate.. they changed flange fitting to push fit at rear from 2003 onwards I think
