I am suffering from this occipital neuralgia since last 13(+-) years and the experience is horrible. Last year the pain went beyond my tolerance. I experienced unbearable pain for almost 1 and half months and went completely unsure about my life. I had a very bad panic attack. However, after a prolong 3 months meditation I find a relief from that unbearable pain (*the pain will never completely gone but the treatment reduced the frequency of it and I am able to do all my daily works without thinking about the pain)My neurologist is just amazingly expert in his field and an amazing person in real life, I still go to him for follow ups after every 6 months and I am his fav patient he don’t even charge any money when I visit him 😊. I can understand everyone who is suffering from this pain. Hope you all a great recovery. God bless 🕉️

But i feel a shocking pain & stifness on my back head and neck🥲
Doctors are just giving pain killers & muscle relaxant's.some times it gives relief but not curing permanently.
Also sometimes i feel pulsatile tinnitus.
Does it cure permanently itself ?

Sir I have neck pain for an half year
My symptoms are pressure and tightness back of head in the right side. I am also feeling pressure in my teeth when I am looking down. A tightness is always present near ear area. I don't know why this Happening 😭😭

That is tension headache bro. Tricyclic antidepressant will help. Better consult a neurologist to confirm.

My pain always starts from Mastoid bone all the way to the lower back of my scalp and end with the neck.
I am C5-C6 & C6- C7 disk bulge, the Drs are saying these bulges have nothing to do with this type of pain.
It has been over 20 years. I get this pain like 3-4 times a month. Only i take muscle relaxant and pain killers. Still, dont know what my issue is. Can you advise?

@@yuvarajr5540 bro its because we don't do neck exercises and we look only in fround like watching tv or laptop , like i usually watches anime for long period of tym so our nerve got adjusted to that position and when we turn suddenly it happens dont worry about it its common ❤️
@@yuvarajr5540 if u experiencing the pain more just do streching exercises like touch your chin on your clavicle bone like that strech your neck NB. OPPOSITE TO THE DIRECTION OF PAIN
