Katventures in Berwick-upon-Tweed with Petra!

If you're in Edinburgh or even Glasgow, a little trip to Berwick upon Tweed is super easy - takes about 30 mins to get there from Waverley Station and then you get to explore the on/off English/Scottish town for as long as you want - THERE'S EVEN SEALS.
The food choices are not plentiful however the place we went (Queen's Head) was great - British food done well!

Ah, I remember stopping for a Deep Fried Burger in Berwick on the way back from North Berwick to see the Relatives!. Sausage meat pink burger, Deep fried in Batter!. Oh the joys of being a ScotsNorthumbrian. Dad feeling nationalistic would always have the battered Haggis, Northumbrian mum sensibly the Haddock, probably with mushy peas. Who says British food is Rubbish!,ha,ha.
