I found Tenno the same way but it was for 'a traveler's tale' another song of his. I listened to the lofi track as I went on with work with it as s a bgm but ONLY Tenno's caught my attention. I instantly searched and found the artist. Best day of my life in terms of finding music.

When I was in a mental hospital, this music was one of the few things I treasured, in those few minutes when the phone was given out for 5-10 minutes, I talked to my mother, and then listened to this masterpiece and hoped that one day I would return home. Thank you so much.

Jut recovered from attempted suicide, was broken up with, was told I would be going blind, was losing everyone by my side, lost connection with my family. But listening to this, reminds me of the fight I had to put up with and get out of the endless loop of being broken. Now playing rugby for my college and we have our cup final coming up. I've been put in charge of the walk-in and been made temporary captain for this match. The honour is mine to say, we are throwing in smoke grenades, black and green, walking in to this song. It's not a people issue necessarily but it's more of a marketing issue. Most people don't even know songs like this exist. Songs like these are so far down the rabbit hole that most people wouldn't find them and even if they did the chance of them liking them at all is very low becuase their mind is already saturated with what they think is the best and will not accept any other.

00:00-00:49 is Dukkha - all is suffering andattachments, be it because of the bitterweet melody or the longing nostalgia (indicating attachment).
00:49-01:10 is Samudaya, the continuation and circulatory nature of suffering/attachment.
01:10-01:35 is Nirodha, the possibility that this cycle has an end with the hopeful high pitches, heralding liberation.
01:35-to the end is Magga, the road to walk in order to end Dukkha, end Samudaya and attain Nirvana.

This is, in all sincerity, the best lo-fi song I've ever heard. I came here from a playlist on the youtube channel Dreamy, and I'm so glad I did. This song actually gives me nostalgia for some bittersweet memories I've never even had. The melody actually gives me the comfort to cry when things go bad, and somehow, the same melody gives me the strength to get back up again.
This is in no way an exaggeration, I really loved this a lot. So thank you so much Tenno. I don't think you have any idea about this, but you've actually helped me a lot. I can't pay you back in no way, only wish you happiness and success.

Me too, I heard it in some compilation and search & finally found it. I have been playing it almost everyday since i heard it , its gives so mixed feelings esp. melancholy , it brings to mind images; fields of barley in golden sunshine , campfire under dark starry sky, Eagle flying high in rain, stallion in green meadows, snow falling on high mountains, things I loved & lost , betrayals, grief ,loneliness & solitude , places I long to see. This song makes my heart melt & eyes misty...

Your music got me through some really hard times and I find myself needing it again lately. "Journey" in particular takes me somewhere I just need to go sometimes. Sometimes I play it on repeat while zoning out watching the gorgeous animation loop on Spotify. It's so melancholy but peaceful. It's been almost 3 years, wow! Time really flies. I'm really glad that you're still enjoying this track after all this time. I'm not familiar with your music production experience. If you're just a beginner then first of all choose a DAW and get to know it better, it will take some time but for sure it's worth to know every shortcut and everything the software is capable of, this will improve your workflow. After that I recommend watching some tutorials on UA-cam, there's a lot of them which can help you get started with lofi or any music genre. Just do your own style, that's what makes you unique, don't try to copy others. And the most important thing is just enjoy the process, it's definitely a journey :)
