After watching bts tiny desk concert ,and I come here ……damn this is the real thing. This is how the real singer can sing. They are just like one direction and have different voices in the group. This should have more views and nobody wants to promote this video. And the world is saying bts is the vocal master after releasing home concert video. I’m almost throwing out while drinking no you’re wrong. The real deal is here. What went wrong to exo ……. This is Exo’s true form. The world should know them.
For your information one direction only had two people who really were great vocalists that is zayn and Harry. The rest weren't good but thankfully with practice after disbandment they have developed all their own sound and it shows the progress they have made with their vocal skills. It is oky to praise and support EXO because they are indeed great vocalists but don't you trash BTS at the expense of you trying to promote EXO. Finally please take a look at most of the western artists only a few great singers/ vocalists are really very successful and yet they are many great vocalists like Fantasia, Leona Lewis, Jordan sparks, Estele, Demi lavato, etc but if you are to compare their level of success with their counterparts who people say are not good vocalists/ singers like Rihanna, Taylor swift, Justin beiber, Selena Gomez, Jlo etc . And if you ask which of the two categories of artists listed here is more successful than the other, majority will say the last group which is a fact. The same applies to BTS and EXO. Whereas it is true that EXO are great vocalists/ singers, when it comes to who of the two groups is most successful one, majority of people will say it is BTS which is a fact in all areas of music industry be it album sales, popularity, awards, records made and broken, tour audience and sales and even sales for solo albums of the members of each group. So that is how the world is people align or support an individual or group for different reasons.
Don’t know if y’all agree with me but Chanyeol’s voice is seriously so beautiful and actually a lead vocal material. It’s strong but at the same time very gentle. It has this OST vibe in it. I would love to hear him sing more ballad songs and I hope he develops his vocal techniques more.
He's a very decent baritone, constantly supporting A2 to at least B3. I would love to see him got to explore, develop, and showcase more of his baritone instrument too. KPOP is hyped over high note, we need to appreciate baritones too.
But SM’s not really using Chanyeol’s potential to the fullest. He can pull off an entire ballad and R&B album. They should not box him to rapping and few singing lines.

I have been a fan for a while but I always come back to this show... Several of my all time favorite EXO performances are from this one episode. Their vocals... Outfits... Hair... Even the lighting was on point!! People just don't know what they're missing if they don't know EXO.

His recent album is a masterpiece! Chanyeol truly deserves more praise for his vocals! There's songs I listen to everyday because his singing is so beautiful!
