2nd iteration of the Flexy-Hand. It is now wearable so it can eat at the same table alongside Robohand and the Cyborg Beast Download and Print from Thingiverse : www.thingiverse...
I've seen this prosthetic as shown in your video with a large indentation for the palm to rest in, but some depictions where the palm doesn't have a socket. Both are labeled "Flexy Hand 2," though. I was wondering if you could clarify this for me. Are there two slightly separate versions to choose from? Or is the latter a nonstandard modification to your design on Thingiverse?
With what material do you have to print the finger hinges? I am having difficulty to insert the hinges which are between the hand and the fingers. Is there an assembly manual or video that you know about?
I was born without my whole left hand, so i have an simple question. How i can get one of this prothese ? it looks amazing and much better than the 3d printet prothestic hand from Robohand. I dont have any eccess to an 3d printer :-/

Hi, I just printed this but I'm having trouble threading the hand body. I can't seem to get anything through the bend in the top part in the hand. Any tips?
Cut a length of Nylon fishing wire. Create a loop and melt the two ends together with a lighter. Send the joined end down the channel first and use the loop in the other end of the line to pull the tendon cord through.
AWESOME

Hi Flexy-Hand is the 1st version which has no palm cutout or bracer (solid). Flexy-Hand 2 is one that somebody can actually wear.

Hi, what material are you printing with? The Thingiverse link clearly states to print with Filaflex, many thanks.
