Got one great knife, and it's completely customisable. Does rust quickly so needs maintenance after some use. God bless you and your family, and happy camping 🏕 😀 😊 🙏. Lee
I'd be into it if it was 12c27 or similar. Knives with carbon steel rust in leather sheaths in my experience. I like how slim and light it looks though. "Full grain" leather is actually the cheapest quality of leather. I'd be surprised if it lasted a lifetime. Thanks for the upload.
If you use vegetable tanned leather, it will not usually affect the knife. Also, never store the knife in a wet sheath. The sheath needs to be completely dry.

1066 is a high carbon steel… no chromium, no stainless… its a solid spring steel, but farrrrrrrr from stainless steel
Thank you for the correction, appreciate the view.
Nice knife. The honeysuckle bush is invasive. The vine is not.
That tip looks vulnerable. Otherwise, nice knife and sheath--especially for $22.
