If you have ever come across a man sitting by the road side with a small board in front of him on which there are three playing cards, you know he is an expert sleight-of-hand artist, playing a game called, Three Card Monte, Find The Lady or in Bengali, Tin Patti. The game itself is an excellent eye-candy and amazing to watch. Unfortunately, it is played with money and the poor people who gather around him to watch, are cheated very badly. The three cards, two black number cards and one red queen, are shuffled face-down and dropped on the table. You need to bet money to find the queen. Initially you will win when you bet a small amount. Gaining some confidence, when you bet a large amount, you will lose your money, because the card you think to be the queen is switched for another black card in a way which is impossible to detect by lay-men. In this performance, I perform a magic trick on this premise and warn you to avoid playing this game with money. It is not only illegal in India, you'll lose all you money.
