    I'm really surprised to hear you say poll saying a week is ok for shipping. I try to ship within 1-2...maybe 3 days but i'm surprised customers wouldn't be pinging asking where their items are after 1-3 days (the Amazon-ification of shipping)

      I think my customers understand that I am a small business and do all my shipping, so they give me a lot of grace getting my items out. I also am very clear in telling them what my shipping times are. The important thing is communicating all that clearly to customers so they know what to expect!
