Giga was a victim. The prehistoric giga was minding its own business when the trex picked a fight with it, and in the present the valley was the gigas turf, fighting for food and then trying to escape the burning forest; then forced into a literal arena of death.
I don’t think the prehistoric t rex picked a fight with it. I would say the opposite. The Trex was minding his business until it stopped and saw the giga. The giga seemed to be the one who picked a fight, you could tell by how it answered the trex presence with a snarl.

I don’t think the Giga is blind, I think he was just more infatuated with his surroundings the whole forest is burning and Dinosaurs are scattering, I think he saw the humans and roared to see if they’d scatter away, he then spent the next 30 seconds determining wether or not they’d be a good bite to eat. Think of it this way. An animal isn’t going to blindly attack you, it’s going to evaluate what you are and wether your worth a good meal, or even a play toy. He’s a big boy so he’s going to be hungry quite frequently.
Animals will also evaluate if you might be a threat. This is why you can potentially scare off animals like mountain lions, assuming they aren't very hungry. Even a relatively minor injury could make it so the animal can't hunt and indirectly lead to it dying.
That's how I see it too. Especially Reptiles and Birds.. heck my gecko even tracks her crickets before she strikes. She watches them intently, as soon as they move even a millimeter she'll strike and rarely misses too
When Giga saw people, he didn't attack them because he wasn't even hungry. He was just curious because he rarely interacted with humans. He followed them, examining them. Only when Ian threw a burning locust into his mouth did Zeb get angry and start attacking them.
And not just animals. I play Ark Survival Evolved and because I’m new and not a dinosaur expert, I often encounter dinosaurs or other creatures that I’m not familiar with. Thing is I’m playing a a single human in a world of dinosaurs (unless I’m on my multiplayer character) and thus I’m far from the strongest being on the island even with guns and modern armour. That being said I’m a menace to many dinosaurs and creatures so I rank myself as a mid level predator. And believe me, when I encounter an unfamiliar dinosaur I don’t just immediately run up and attack it. I use a flight capable mount 80% of the time and I’ll often land a respectable distance away or atop a high rock to observe this creature to determine how aggressive it is and whether it’s worth attacking, taming or to be left alone. The vast majority of the time I just fly away. Very few species are worth taming. Even when I was to tame it-like the Spino I caught yesterday, I’m cautious. I observe it and all the surroundings to ensure there are no surprises lurking nearby and to wait for the opportunity to strike. Usually it involves getting behind it and hitting it with a tranq dart then hitting it again after reloading while it turns around and again while it runs at me. Then after it goes down I tame it. 😆 It’s funny how I seem to think like a Giga.

T rex killed most people in Jurassic series. When I just remember what they did to that poor man in Jurassic Park 2. I just don't understand why people see that animal as hero figure...
All apex predators in this franchise seem to be abused. Gigano, Rexy, Spino, the Indoraptor, Indominus, probably even Big One because Muldoon might not have told everything to Alan Grant. Each movie or episode holds another chance for redemption but here lies one of my big source of disappointment with all movies as they keep producing mindless monsters instead of animals capable of making the distinction between food, foe and friend. Like Tim once said in the book: "It's not her fault." Camp Cretaceous improved on that making it better than the movies because of this.
That is the genius tradgedy of Jurassic Park, man's abuse over nature made these monsters, their neglect for the value of life reinforced the vicious nature of animals they never bothered to understand. The Camp Fam kids understood this, and it's why they survived.

If there was one pathetic aspect about Dominion, it is that an outrageously powerful super beast like Giga actually getting killed!!! Would have much preferred Therizino getting killed instead because it deserves it MUCH more given what it did to the deer!! While I definitely thought that the Therizino was a bloody amazing specimen, I also felt that it was possibly the only Dino in Dominion that genuinely deserved to be killed (besides the human villains)!!! And maybe the Quetzal, Pyro and Dilos too, rol. Love the Giga!!!

Some said that Zeb was a bully too Rexy but that's wrong. Zeb did not bullied her. She was the one in HIS territory. She was the one that stole HIS food in his view. And so he did what every apex predator would to: Protecting his food and his territory. He did not even see a reason to chase after her. He made his point by measuring her which is a normal behavior. He did not even attacked the humans at the first moment cause he was just curious. Even if he tried to get a bite to test if they would be a good snack or not. Rexy was less nice in the first Jurassic Park movie... Later in the arena of death Zeb was FORCED to be in there. He did not wanted this. And the final battle was him attacked by Rexy. So he defensed himself. He did not even care if she was dead or not. Just knocking her down. After he was LURED to the Therizinosaurus and was attacked by it, Zeb also defensed himself again. I doupt he would even try to attack Therizinosaurus without being desperately and ravenous. Therizinosaurus in reality was able to scare the sh*t out of Tarbosaurus. So attacking it would be extremely risky and potentially suicidal for Zeb. It is clear while Rexy was awake again that he was not sure which of the two are the worse problem. And in the end he died impaled. Yes, that's damn unfair and a waste of a chance for bringing in a new protagonistic dinosaur. Rexy is veeeeeery old for a T Rex. She is allready on her way being decrepit. So just let her rest. Zeb also had a painful backstory. He has scars all over his body and he still was not above average aggression against humans or other dinosaurs. Really really thumb to throw him away.... Was Zeb a dangerous dinosaur? Of course. Was Zeb a villain? No. Just a dinosaur that minds own business.
I absolutely loved the Giganotosaurus in Jurassic World Dominion! I'm sad that we saw the dinosaurs habitat burn down in flames, though. That scene where it nearly killed Maisie was a pretty scary and incredible scene! And the battle between the Giganotosaurus, the Therizinosaurus, and Rexy was probably one of the most greatest battles in Jurassic World history! Great video today, Shadows! I actually don’t think the fights for the food is with Rexy. Her colors show she is female, but I think that’s Doe from The Lost World, Doe and Buck appear in the end with Rexy. The Giga wins the food well, and Rexy comes for her at the end, so I think it’s Doe the scars on her are different also.
Pull up a pic where the rex in the fight roars, then go to "Rexy - Movie Canon" from the JP wiki and compare that photo of her. She looks the exact same. Her scars are mostly on the right side of the neck and the body, while the ones on the face can't be seen very well. Also, Doe is slightly different in color. She has a darker head, especially on the top. It's also worth checking out the pictures of the Doe animatronic that was used, because it can show her colors without any background

The way I see it, the Giga was just an animal acting like an animal. Not the Joker of Jurassic Park (whatever the hell that means, that would be the Indoraptor or IRex).
I feel like a major problem with the giga was they couldn't decide if they wanted as a antagonist like the spinosaurus, I-rex, indo raptor, and scirpo raptor, or more animalistic like the T-rex, velociraptor, and pyroraptor, so we get a clashing mix of both that just doesn't work

The giganotosaurus is awesome but it wasn’t very nice to rexy he almost killed him 65 million years ago and rexy wanted revenge tho it was living a great life in the biosyn sanctuary which was nice and the giga and rexy faught over the deer carcass after the therizinosaurus slapped it with its claws and the giganotosaurus does have some scars probably from rexy and then the giganotosaurus had fire in its mouth after Ian Malcom throwing a burned rake in its mouth it looked like it was breathing out fire which was pretty cool and then it had a tranquilizer dart on its head and then had a small zap in the eye after that small fight and the final battle was on at the end where it knocked rexy unconscious and then got into a fight with the therizinosaurus and then rexy had the flashback of dying 65 million years ago and then woke up and then rexy and the therizinosaurus teamed up against the therizinosaurus and then rexy shoved the giganotosaurus into thr claws of the therizinosaurus and then the giganotosaurus is now dead but there was another giganotosaurus in Jurassic world where it was green and has the samples by ingen so that means there’s another giganotosaurus out there so that could mean that a giganotosaurus is still in Jurassic world! It didnt even kill to eat as the animal was a hervibore, so I think it'd be fair to kill it in the movie instead of the Giga, only reason the Giga died was because Rexy had plot armor.. that's just about it

Zeb did not bullied her. She was the one in HIS territory. She was the one that stole HIS food in his view.
And so he did what every apex predator would to: Protecting his food and his territory. He did not even see a reason to chase after her. He made his point by measuring her which is a normal behavior.
He did not even attacked the humans at the first moment cause he was just curious. Even if he tried to get a bite to test if they would be a good snack or not. Rexy was less nice in the first Jurassic Park movie...
Later in the arena of death Zeb was FORCED to be in there. He did not wanted this. And the final battle was him attacked by Rexy. So he defensed himself. He did not even care if she was dead or not. Just knocking her down.
After he was LURED to the Therizinosaurus and was attacked by it, Zeb also defensed himself again. I doupt he would even try to attack Therizinosaurus without being desperately and ravenous. Therizinosaurus in reality was able to scare the sh*t out of Tarbosaurus.
So attacking it would be extremely risky and potentially suicidal for Zeb. It is clear while Rexy was awake again that he was not sure which of the two are the worse problem.
And in the end he died impaled.
Yes, that's damn unfair and a waste of a chance for bringing in a new protagonistic dinosaur. Rexy is veeeeeery old for a T Rex. She is allready on her way being decrepit. So just let her rest.
Zeb also had a painful backstory. He has scars all over his body and he still was not above average aggression against humans or other dinosaurs. Really really thumb to throw him away....

I absolutely loved the Giganotosaurus in Jurassic World Dominion! I'm sad that we saw the dinosaurs habitat burn down in flames, though. That scene where it nearly killed Maisie was a pretty scary and incredible scene! And the battle between the Giganotosaurus, the Therizinosaurus, and Rexy was probably one of the most greatest battles in Jurassic World history! Great video today, Shadows! I loved it and enjoyed it! Well done! 👍👏 You made my day!

I actually don’t think the fights for the food is with Rexy. Her colors show she is female, but I think that’s Doe from The Lost World, Doe and Buck appear in the end with Rexy. The Giga wins the food well, and Rexy comes for her at the end, so I think it’s Doe the scars on her are different also.

Pull up a pic where the rex in the fight roars, then go to "Rexy - Movie Canon" from the JP wiki and compare that photo of her. She looks the exact same. Her scars are mostly on the right side of the neck and the body, while the ones on the face can't be seen very well. Also, Doe is slightly different in color. She has a darker head, especially on the top. It's also worth checking out the pictures of the Doe animatronic that was used, because it can show her colors without any background

Yo do you think the ones responsible for zebs scar are buck and doe I mean yes the theri could have but if that was the case then we could have seen scars on theri and that if any animal capable of giving the jaw, tail and leg wound it would probably the bucka nd doe, plus when zeb fought rexy in the first encounter zeb knew how to counter the t rex. My take on this is take a good look on how the indominus got a lot of bites in their first round while rexy tried to give the first bite with zeb he immediatley countered it with a head butt, making it seemed he encountered the buck or doe

The giganotosaurus is awesome but it wasn’t very nice to rexy he almost killed him 65 million years ago and rexy wanted revenge tho it was living a great life in the biosyn sanctuary which was nice and the giga and rexy faught over the deer carcass after the therizinosaurus slapped it with its claws and the giganotosaurus does have some scars probably from rexy and then the giganotosaurus had fire in its mouth after Ian Malcom throwing a burned rake in its mouth it looked like it was breathing out fire which was pretty cool and then it had a tranquilizer dart on its head and then had a small zap in the eye after that small fight and the final battle was on at the end where it knocked rexy unconscious and then got into a fight with the therizinosaurus and then rexy had the flashback of dying 65 million years ago and then woke up and then rexy and the therizinosaurus teamed up against the therizinosaurus and then rexy shoved the giganotosaurus into thr claws of the therizinosaurus and then the giganotosaurus is now dead but there was another giganotosaurus in Jurassic world where it was green and has the samples by ingen so that means there’s another giganotosaurus out there so that could mean that a giganotosaurus is still in Jurassic world! Let’s hope that giganotosaurus survives and lives a great life! You’re the best shadows!
