Tyler's 2023 resolutions: Buy a farm, build a huge garage, get all the Hagerty cars on the cheap before they hype them and charm a certified supermodel who is a total car nerd to move in with me.
I would say he has kept every one of those resolutions quite nicely.

My Plymouth Prowler saved my life. I was facing a death sentence for various murders and other tomfoolery. Luckily my attorney was able to get me declared mentally insane by telling the jury I drive a Prowler.

That T-bird takes me back to mid 1968. Just married and off to my duty station in south Texas. New wife and her dad bought our first car, a '61 Thunderbird. $650.00! She drove it down to meet me. We drove it for almost three years until it was flooded out during spring storms. One of the nicest road cars ever.
Fun Fact: 1965 Impala will forever hold the record for the highest selling car in one year. Sold over a million..

My dad and his buddy are restoring a 29 Ford woody with the marine grade varnish like you would use on a yacht. Frame off restoration in South East Kansas. You'll see it around the Pittsburg KS car shows and nearby.

The 1962-63 T-birds are a nice period drive, much more spacious than the ‘55-‘57 T-Birds. The tonneau cover was an optional package called “Sports Roadster” with Kelsey-Hayes wire rims, passenger grab handle and built in limited numbers, (1200-ish in ‘62, 300-ish in ‘63). Aftermarket tonneaus adorn many base convertibles. Fortunately, true Sports Roadsters are identifiable in the VIN. In 1964, the tonneau cover was a dealer installed option. With the top down and tonneau in place, these cars have awesome lines!

My Aunt and Uncle would visit us when we lived in Florida. They had a new T- Bird convertible which we took to the beach. Red with a white interior and top. Always loved those cars
Prowlers are pretty weird/weak. But I would gladly own the "Howler", The 1999 6.2lt V-8 Hellcat swapped Prowler that sold at Barrett-Jackson. It was a pretty sweet ride. Which is basically how the Prowlers should have come from the factory, they would have been more popular if they had come with a high-powered V-8 or the Viper V-10.
I looked at the Prowler when it was introduced and would have purchased one except for the fact that there was zero luggage space. I had a hard time finding a place to put a briefcase other than on the passenger seat.
I heard April Rose on the radio Fri. night on my local rock station on Steve Gorman rocks!
I'm definitely keeping my 2015 Ferrari FF for a lot longer now that it's considered a collectable vehicle

Had a buddy in High School in the 70's that had a 1960's Impala SS 427 4 speed posi from the factory. Think he paid about a thousand for it. Drove it to death! Guessing it is long gone. Next door neighbor had two of the 60's Thunderbirds and they were like spaceships to us kids when we got rides to elementary school.
My first model in my die cast car collection was this car. I knew little about it when I bought the model just that I thought that it was the most beautiful car in their catalog! I am afraid that the Danbury Mint die cast is the best that I can do, for now ( trying to be positive) !!!

Full disclosure, I owned a 1997 Chrysler Sebring Convertible JX for 4 years, then "upgraded" to a 2001 Chrysler Sebring Convertible Limited, which is still in my garage after 22 years and 120k miles. Looks, runs and drives like it did in Oct 2001.

The lower overlay for the 64-66 Ford Thunderbird section is not a 64-66 Thunderbird, but an older one (a more spaceship-looking one). Also, yes they had the 390, but the '66 also had an optional "Q-code" 428 Cobra Jet engine.

I'm a Mopar guy, and right from the get go, I did not like the Prowler, no power, and regarding the Jeep Scrambler, Great Jeep, I think there under priced. I think a 66 Chevelle is better looking than that Chevy Land yacht they chose. Great video guys.

I agree with April on the Prowler. Extremely hard car to get in and out of, doors didn't open far enough, no guts, terrible design and damned near impossible to work on. A friend of mine had one and bought it new, he learned to hate it on the first day of ownership. I like the rest of the choices but especially the Chevrolet Impala.

Legendary Motorcars LS7 swapped a silver PT Prowler with a Tremec 6 speed. They took off some of the DOT crap too. That would be a cool car!
