il y a quelques années, lors d'une récitation d'un mantra, lama Shérab dordjé de Plaige (kagyu ling ) me fit remarquer que j'égrené mon mala comme un (Bönpo), aujourd'hui je sai pourquoi, les chants mantrique des bön me plaises baucoup et me facine.
