The Maple Lodge had a lot of Easter Eggs. According to the Phasmophobia Wiki page for the lodge, Slenderman can mostly be found of the left right after you get off the truck. The Blair Witch reference and the Jason Voorhees hockey mask are both here. There's also an Easter Egg for the Ring. To get that, you must go into the cabin and turn on the TV. Then, turn off the TV. After turning off the TV, you would hear the phone ring.
In most games, easter eggs are just cosmetics and fun references. It’s just a little nod to possibly other games, community inside jokes, etc. In Phasmophobia, they don’t really affect your gameplay as far as I’m aware.

This is definitely not all. You for sure missed slender man at woodwind and the ring at maple. And some at point hope

You have to do a custom difficulty & add all 7 cursed items
Custom game mode with all cursed objects on. If you wanna see just the Easter egg then remember to put on friendly ghost too.
One kind will spawn randomly every match but in customs you can select any you want
