There is a documentary series on Netflix that shows Davids rise from humble beginnings to soccer superstar and to the man he is today. After watching the series, the time and attention he gives this young girl is of absolutely no surprise. Genuinely nice person.

From all appearances he and Posh seems to be great parents, as his children seem to be decent humans as well. For all the privileges they have (due to talent and hard work) they seem to be a very loving family. I believe he truly knows how to treat children kindly and respectfully.
