So, MoSS ltd. Macross Plus (1997), should be in charge of Hamster Corp. to publish it, just they need the license of the game company, so the wish will be granted
You are right about the raiden association. There's 2 versions of the game. The original version limits the special weapon use, that's the version I grew up with. It is a beautifully detailed game, designed to satiate fans of Raiden as Seibu's "gundogs" project was in development. Later to be renamed Raiden Fighters.
