Coolest truck I’ve seen in a while. Used, not abused and ready to drive.
Sad to see it’s a five window but once someone owns something they are free to do whatever they want with it, sick truck and loved the canoe hanging from the roof in the barn!
You need to do that kind of NASCAR theme on your galaxie!!
I agree
Great video Craig. I really enjoy watching you and your friends learn and build. Keep up the great work.
Dont see many people keep it LB, looks good. Keep it between the ditches and keep on beating on it, glad to see some of the younger generation keeping the old rides out the junkyard and doing some hands on work.
You guys are awesome!!! I would like to see the F100 give that Chevy a run!! Great work and I love yalls videos!
Damn, this is exactly what I was looking for! The wheels are what I was looking for and longbed. Good stuff
Sweet Old Truck!!!
This is really cool. I like the wheel fitment too.
Sweet truck! The owner has done a great job on it.
I am a ford man but love that Chevy one badaxx looking truck
Really nice. No body roll or dip at all. I wouldn’t mind a set up like this on my 65 F100. Those tires look good with the print on the outside too.
a visor would look mean on this maybe he can find one off a 50s car or something
I like the way it looks just the way it is. Nice combo with the LS in a Chevy.
Let's see that yellow Bronco!!
so rad i feel like we were moving your chassis yesterday :O
Holy crap man you put out some rad content. I dunno how you have the time, but I appreciate it. Also you and your friends did more before graduating high school than I have in 50 years. Good on ya, and keep up the passion.
I appreciate it. I don’t have the time. this is all I do so I’m glad you’re enjoying it!
I've got a 53 short bed but I believe that long bed looks better when it's slammed.
Looks like a fun truck
Sweet truck!!! Reminds me of Sanford and Son truck... Lol
Great video 👍
Man I wish i had a crew like you guys it’s hard building something alone
Stay safe
Classic cars my favorite
but this bad ass and totally awesome
Lovely looking truck.Theres one someones doin up.Hope i can get hold of it!
Thats a nice setup for his first road truck. Can you imagine what his vehicles are going to be like as he gets older ?
Nice truck
Love it dude! Keep it real.... old and fast.
Sweet truck, but I would make a suggestion. Have your buddy fab up an extra mount off the back side of the through bolt on the lower control arms. Mustang II front ends are pretty stout, but that is the weak link. Because that through bolt is in shear, and gets tremendous force under braking, and can snap that bolt. Just fab up a piece of plate, maybe 3/16, that welds to the frame and captures that bolt. If you want to see an example, check out “No Limit Engineering” as they use these on their auto cross chassis. It’s cheap insurance that could save a life. Enjoy!
Hahaha....dad wheels = epic. Cant stand it when guy's put big tires on a truck then stuff them with the biggest rims they can find, you either autocross or you mud, not both. Another great video.
That truck is dope
Just subscribed! As a die hard Ford guy I caved and just picked up a satin black ‘53 Chevy with 454/700/9” with great bones. I can’t wait to get the 9” narrowed, 4 link, and probably mustang 2 done! Any pics of the leafs in the back? Curious how he got it to sit so low?
It likely feels tight in the seat but your driving videos still show the body rolling over in the turns. It still needs that sway bar.
Haven't even watched the video but I love ir
It
Can u do more video's of this truck?
I want to see content about the falcon Ranchero
Hey Man. I just found your channel. I really like what you have going on. I am restoring A 1954 Dodge Fargo 1/2 ton. I subbed your channel so I can follow you along. Thanks for sharing. 👍👍
That’s ok for a chevy truck!👍🏼😎
This video made me miss my California roots.
I see that "HELIX" being sold everywhere...
Neat truck. I hope a wheel and tire upgrade is in the works. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense to spend all that time and money on suspension if you're still going to be running rock hard T-rated rubber. Sadly, there's just not much market for larger 15" performance tires.
That dent, though!
7:30, I wish they made LED headlights that didn't obviously look like LED headlights...
Same!
Sylvania H6024 *LED
Joe Schlotthauer
You’re in luck!
You can do a H4 conversion lens system and add LED lamps.
Those old sealed beam lights were used for decades, so there’s lots of choices out there.

Got a link, I have a 51 Ford F3 with the round headlights, and a 79 Ford F-100 with the 7x6 rectangular headlights...
So sick dude
omg I'm not a chevy person but dang have some power nice looking as well
Im not a gm guy at any means but when their classics i dont care. Their awesome regardless
Is that Marsh Creek Road ?
That’s awesome. I want to put somthing like that on my f100 but haven’t got the new chassis is it possible with the old set up
Cool truck, not a factory 67 elcamino seat.
Whats "Dad wheels"?
There's one thing wrong with this truck.... it"s not in my driveway. Thanks for video about this truck.
Cool truck, not a million dollar build. 👍🏻 “Dad wheels!” 😆👍🏻
nice video bro
2nd?? Idk. Usually dont comment til after video lol
I love mexico
great video bro
Great video, your videos have definitely been improving. Only missed a doughnut scene.
Kinda odd to see a carb on a LS, pretty sure the intake and carb cost more then vats delete.
David Brennan I think it’s EFI, it has the controller on the dash
Patricio Garcia I think it’s a carb style efi. I don’t have the best understanding of them but Chevrolet tbi comes to mind, or like the Holley sniper efi.
Yeah it's EFI
It’s a 600hp Fitech. The truck started off carbureted then went Fitech
Yeah in the video he says he picked up the 4.8 LS with the Fitech, I understand someone else made the choice and he bought it. It just seems odd for someone to remove the factory fuel injection for a more primitive fuel injection system. But if you are going for the old school carb look all the power to ya.
for sale for 25k
Was hear
what frame is the 52 on
Stock frame with mustang 2 suspension
lol wth are dad wheels
Neat but loose the kid stuff fender decals
Shit box fix and put some God damn base coat clear coat on something
Damn nice truck, now that you've done all that work on it,you may be able to sell it for enough to make a down payment on a real truck...you know...a FORD,lol....
Ls swap in a 47 Chevy maybe 48?
First lol
First
No offense, but technically YOU are driving dad wheels. Gimme back my truck youngster.
Helix junk
A wasted "52 truck!
Yes, they could of just left it in the field and let it go to scrap. Would of been reincarnated as your new Hyundai.
@@tlr-nut7275 I just prefer a more -resto-rod approach with a really usable vehicle as the end product...to each his own!
Learn to drive on the right side of the road. Many motorcycles get killed because of drivers like this.
Now that's a cool truck
