I am thinking about changing wheels n tire first before lowering it. When I had s2000, just stock with camber setting+tire felt enough for me. Thinking of going simple with model y too. I know I am dreaming but te37 looks pretty sick specially 18 clears performance brakes too.
Debating between these and Tein Flex Z. Been hearing a lot of good things about the Tein Flex Z. Concerned about durability and longevity and comfort between the two. I’m looking to maintain 2 finger gap. Thoughts? Not looking to spend $2k+ on Ohlins or Unplugged or anything like that.
Just drove my friends 2023 model y with the 19s vs my maxpeeding rods on 20 and mine as settings 12 is slightly more comfortable. This was back to back.
i can understand its not very practical driving it that way but damn that shit looks hella sexy slammed out
Should do a video on your flares. Howd you roll them? Or did you?
I didn't, the offset is pretty weak so it never rubs
Looks like your transporting 10 asian migrants with your mod
HAHA that's a good one
Looks badass dude ! My only concern is will a low profile jack fit under the car if the tire is flat?
I raised it because it’s my family car lol

It would be nice if you said what size the bolts are as you point them out
I will next time. Sorry!
Any noise coming from the coilovers? Ty loooks good by the way.
The included endlinks made a popping noise. Swapped back to OEM and it's been great
Do you have any more pics, what is the ride height you have it at now?
check out my latest video. I go over everything
How are maxpeed working so far?, just got mines and installing soon with spacers 🔥🔥🔥🔥
They have held up great. They still still ride better than stock. I don’t notice any issues or degradation of performance
John, I'm in California as well man. LOL
Did you have to mess with the rear toe arms ? Was your alignment pretty messed up after lower it?
stock arms
So after a year. How are the coilovers?

Dude's Model Y makes Model 3s look like a monster truck. She looks proper, especially in black.
Getting mine in 4 months … Tesla model y performance 😎 I’m excited
let us know how it goes@@El_DeCALIFORNIA
@@El_DeCALIFORNIAhow’s it been so far?
Did u put any adjustable camber arms on the front? From the videos it doesn’t look like it has a lot of camber.
I did not, where you screw the three bolts you could try to push it out before tightening it. A lot of alignment shops won't do it though
Did this mess up anything on the cars computer?
Nope

Longevity is unknown, like you said, but I will report my findings
@@JohnNguyenVincent thanks for the update!
@@JohnNguyenVincentany noises or clunks with these coilovers?
Did you end up going for the Teins? I am in the same boat on the fence.
Would these work for 2023 MYP?
yes!
Thank you for the video and for the links to the equipment!
Any issues with the end links on your end?
how's the ride quality
Slightly better than stock which is actually pretty stiff. I'm on 20s too
That height is to protect your battery pack bro.
What dampening setting do you have in front and back?
I have both on the middle settings. The softest is too floaty for me. Clicking it right in the middle feels good
I got these too! I’ll pay u to install mines on my car I’m in Cali too
Did you get them installed? What do you think after a year?
Lowered Ys look so good, but this is to low.
Yeah I had to raise it because it’s a family car
I went airlift
upsell upsell upsell? super weird music
Music is weird.
Ayooooo I went to buy them annnnnn shipping almost $600 💀 I do something wrong lmao
Check again, make sure it ships from the US warehouse
