Sienna would be a decent choice if they didn't come with a 10K markeup 🤡 Hybrid saves on gas sure but higher MSRP + 10K, I guess if you drive the Sienna for 10 years you'll break even and start saving!😂 Odyssey drives & looks better too. My wife had a Sienna, it was time to upgrade, but we are not going to pay some ridiculous mark-up. I already have a hard time considering MSRP! So went to a local Honda, test drove the Elite, loved it , and walked out with a brand-new 2024 Odyssey Elite for 3K BELOW MSRP. ✌️ Toyota, get your 💩 together, because you're losing customers & market share.
Find a dealer that sells at MSRP, I got offered a 2024 model that will arrive in a couple months with 0 markup and minimal add-ons. The catch is you will probably need to put yourself on a waitlist. I got on it 9 months ago when my wife was 1 month pregnant.
…Got a sienna close to MSRP. They had me $3k worth of add ons I didn’t want I didn’t want (had to get infotainment screen to get 1500Watt /120 volt inverter). 9 month wait USA in Florida year 2023. Jan 2023 to October 2023. Actually turned it down because of the difficulties of keeping all tires same circumference with AWD. Reordered a FWD 2024. Still waiting
WHY is Toyota not updating the Sienna to the new infotainment or even Safety Sense?? This will be the last one that’s still on SS2.0. Come on Toyota, this is one of the best vehicles you make but you keep ignoring it!
I inquired at my local Toyota dealership and was told it would be a 2 year wait for the Sienna or pay $20k above MSRP for a used one. The Honda dealers have Odyssey's sitting on the lot that I can buy today without mark-up. The Sienna may be great, but if it is not available, it does not matter.
I'll replace my 2011 Limited Sienna, when Toyota decides to add Toyota Sense 3.0. It's been 3 years, and there's no reason why the Sienna has not been upgraded with the rest of Toyota's lineup.
Imagine making an awd, hybrid, and still can't compete with the Odyssey. The odyssey is a better vehicle overall, even without those features. Honda's concept is way better suited to the people.
Odessey has a more flexible interior and can be had without a wait or a markup. The initial cost difference is so much between the two with the markups and the Odessey being available at a discount that you’ll never make up the difference in fuel savings.
Hi, there! Starting MSRP for the Sienna is $37,685. We suggest reaching out to a local Toyota dealership to get detailed information regarding inventory availability and options. Feel free to visit toyota.com/dealers to find your closest Toyota dealer!
@@toyotausa No dealership is selling at that price. Either there is a markup or a long list of junk ad-ons. Fix your supply Toyota. While Odyssey is being sold for 4K dealer discount.
I started looking for Sienna limited, none were available in 100 miles. Bought Odyssey Touring 10k cheaper and readily available. ROI on gas saving is 15+ years.
Have only owned Sienna. With over 200k miles on the current van, looking to replace it. Have been for over two years now actually. Tired of waiting on Sienna to fix their manufacturing / supply issues. Will be switching to Honda. It seems like keeping customers in your product would be a sound business decision, but here we are. 🤷♂️
Really wish the strengths of the two could be combined. The Odyssey has a more flexible interior with 8 seats in all trim and a removable middle row for far superior max cargo room and the Toyota has a much more efficient powertrain. Combine the true and you'd have the perfect van. Both are badly in need of an infotainment upgrade so it'd be nice to throw in the Kia infotainment too.
While the Toyota Sienna is a great option, if you’re looking for something more eco-friendly, the bZ4X electric SUV is the way to go! Perfect for a sustainable future.
The non removable two place second row in the Toyota is a major let down for minivan practicality versus the three place Honda setup where all seats are removable and you can slide them side to side.
Honda and Acura are showing their ages. Honda and Acura can’t keep up with Toyota and Lexus. Direct competition to Honda’s and Acura are Nissan and Infiniti.
Sorry but both are ridiculously high pricing... Cut the BS and go electric... Changing spark plugs on the sienna 1500$???? Crazy!!! Go electric no more oil changes no more tear and wear... drive years until the battery will die then upgrade!
Looking forward to a Sienna Prime PHEV with HD Radio, 110V AC Outlets and 12V DC Cigarette Lighter Sockets especially in the back right next to the AC Outlet.
Sorry Toyota but the Odyssey is just a better vehicle overall. Not to mention this is a biased comparison. The Sienna may have better fuel economy due to it being a hybrid, but the odyssey is just so much more usable. And not to mention better to drive by far. You guys are a great brand and make virtually indestructible cars, but something you lack compared to Honda is knowing how to make a car that is fun to drive, whether it's a sports oriented car or not. I have never been in a Honda that isn't fun to drive. But all Toyotas I have driven (including new models) just feel dull and unexciting. They don't feel like they want to be driven. I understand that something like that is hard to achieve, but surely the biggest car manufacturer in the world is capable of it. For example, the GR Corolla. When you get into it, it doesn't feel special. It has the same cheap materials and feeling as a normal corolla. It certainly does not justify the asking price, even before markups. That is not the case with something like the Civic Type R, or dare I say even the Elantra N. It's just not up to par compared to the competition. The only model in your lineup that is remotely fun to drive is the supra, but that's because it's not a Toyota. Sorry about the rant, but like step up your game before you fall behind.
Tried both. Enjoyed driving the odyssey much more and couldn't live without the sliding and removable seats. Ended up with the odyssey!

Finally a common sense tweet. I just can’t believe ppl paying >5 k markups at 7% interest rate and boasting about gas savings.

💯
I love a good biased comparison.
Nothing beats my love for the Sienna!!❤❤❤
The love is STRONG, Evan! 🤗
Long lasting, reliable. Sienna. Honda is also good. But Sienna is more conserverty.
Why upload this video when there none in stock and wait time is 60 months.

Incrível ❤❤❤🎉
When's the Sienna Prime coming?
I’m planning to buy a Sienna Limited, however there are never any new Siennas at any of my dealerships, and they all say it will take 1-2 years plus.
Grande inovação ❤
This guy looks awesome😃
We couldn't agree more! 😎
Muito bom 👏👏👏👏
Carro dos meus Sonhos❤❤🥺
Boa Marca gostei 🎉🎉

Very well 👏✊
I love the interior in the sienna bro it feels like a hotel
Odyssey is what i need in my life 😊
Both Of Those Minivans Are So Spacious😉👍👏🚐💨!!!
Give us more trims with 8 seats with all wheel drive than just the lowest trim. It’s a mini van it’s made for carrying people.
How much does Sienna cost?
Sucesso 🎉

Wow, I still love it 😍💘17亿
How come a vehicle that is going to be carrying 6 or more passengers only has TSS 2.0? Like not even 2.5, yet the 2024 Corolla Hatchback has TSS 3.0
As long as it continues to sell well they will not put any effort into upgrading it.
Great points

They're both cool, so it don't matter. ;3
Just got one of these recently, it is amazing. Hybrid display on the dash is very entertaining
We're glad you've been enjoying your Sienna! We hope you create many memories on the road together. 🤗

We're glad you think so!
The odyssey doesn’t have an additional $5k dealer markup and is actually available for below msrp.
I will go with the odyssey

It's just a bargain of 60k US Dollars!

Better❤❤❤
Both van are my favourite but the Sienna is better

Honda Odyssey Minivan needs to be redesigned with more new features including a hybrid Version and All Wheel Drive.
Honda made a decision not to implement it (yet) because it would compromise the usability in the cabin that the odyssey is known for
I like
You should see how much fun it is to drive. 😎

I❤ Toyota
Thanks for the love! ❤️
hopefully the Sienna gain a more powerful option soon,
a Prime Hybrid trim with 306 HP,
Sienna has a lot of cool features and good looks. Odyssey is dated looking.
Best
You have great taste! 😊
The Honda Odyssey has more versatility than the Toyota Sienna. The Honda van also has the tailgating third row seats that the Sienna doesn't have.
Toyota ❤
🥰
Vote sienna cuz it’s AWD !!
Toyota ❤❤🎉
Thanks for the love! ❤️
Bias review. Take Toyota top of the line to compare with Odyssey general trim. How ridiculous!
Compared to top of the line sienna, And call it honest comparison. Lol
Honda and Acura are showing their ages. Honda and Acura can’t keep up with Toyota and Lexus. Direct competition to Honda’s and Acura are Nissan and Infiniti.
Bias review, I like the sienna's exterior over Odyysey, but the interior is arguable.

Honestly Honda needs to start working on almost all their cars, almost all of them should already have a Hybrid by now.
We bought the odyssey largely for the v6.
Try driving the Sienna with 7-8 people at 60mph. Good luck 🤞
@@raffn We drove with 7-8 people on the highway with cars with far less than 245 horsepower a generation ago. Its fine. Not quick but fine.

That’s good Toyota. But you need to wait at least 1 year your order and the price is insane additional 5k to 10k more…facts
😊😊😊
2 iconic vehicles…. Both aesthetic, cool and fun to drive, I’ll pick my favorite: 2024 TOYOTA Sienna! ❤❤
Imagine in 20 years. In 2043 some kid with barely any money is going to rice out these two mini vans. That shi makes me proud.
dont we all love ol' reliable toyota

Can find a sienna at all and then they were over priced by 8% found a Honda Odyssey on cell so bought that
Ahhh what about kia? Sedona? Make a comparison.
they haven't made the Sedona in years
Kia Carnival now

I wish toyota sienna get launched in india .
I will definitely buy it
This was terrible. I’d rather them just focus on selling the Sienna
Drive Odyssey and you will love it. Honda is the best.
I don't want the hybrid
Toyota Family Van is too over Honda from exterior to interior design 2023, well done Toyota!
