They also changed it on steam so its harder to find hl source when you look it up and easier to just see the original half life because they'd prefer that people just play the original game and don't play the source version on accident
also really unsure if they'll do anniversary stuff for other games, valve don't really look back into the past too much and its definitely being done to get attention to the half life franchise since they're working on Half-Life 3/X atm
