i'm so emotionally attached to this MV because this is the most accurate representation of how living with depression feels like that i've never seen. It's raw, brutal, you feel stared at and judged by people all around you while you're just trying to survive your twisted mind. You become both your own puppet and worst enemy and you feel like there's no room left to be a fighter. I relate to this music video so bad. But today I can proudly say that I'm happy, even happier than ever. The message at the end is right : you are not your mind. Please, even if it seems impossible, try to fight. I promise this is a battle only you can win. I love you. Thank you While She Sleeps

Mine was worse than this,I genuinely wanted to kill people for about 2 years,that was the hardest battle I’ve ever faced and I was literally minutes away from losing my wife and kids at any minute over those 2 years and so was some poor family losing a loved one,luckily I’ve found the right medication,severe depression and anxiety are literally one of the worst things anyone can go through

I'm usually not the kind of person to comment on videos, let alone for MVs, but I've started listening to this song for a little over a year ago now, when I was in the middle of possibly my darkest times. I was struggling with OCD, anxiety and depression, slowly losing the will to go on. Your music gave me the courage I needed to push through those difficult times and hope for a brighter future. The fight is far from over, but I can say I'm winning, thank you so much.
(Also that scene in the bus ? Chef's kiss. Perfectly accurate representation of what anxiety attacks in public spaces can feel like (at least for me). Damn. 10/10)

Every While She Sleeps MV is a cinematic experience on a whole different level. Yes, I love the songs and the meaning too, but I'm a photographer and watching it is so satisfying. I'm never gonna shut up about this. Like how tf did they made him fight with himself? And the acting skills, THIS IS SICKKK.
If I won't be able to hear them live in my country this year, I'd consider it as one of the biggest mistakes I ever did.
Song is fantastic but the video is just something else. Encapsulates the pain that so many mental illnesses can inflict on someone. Few can sing about it, fewer can put it across in a video so eloquently..but that's While She Sleep. They've always been top of their game with so much.

This hits hard! My darkest days of depression and self harm are behind me (for now) and are fading in the rear view mirror. Even though I haven’t cut myself in 15 years, I live with self harm ideation almost every day. Sometimes, the only thing that gets me through and prevents me from breaking that 15 year triumph is knowing that I’m not alone. This song is already so important to me. Thank you!
