Watching in replay… Kevin you always make my day. I was cooking earlier, made twice baked potatoes, spinach tortellini soup, pie crust for the freezer, delicious Mac and cheese and chocolate chip cookies. On rainy days I cook for my freezer.

Making your soup today= have all the ingredients- btw- we freeze our sage whole in mason jars- take out what you need- leave on the counter and like magic it comes back to life as if was fresh- I have some that are 4 years old and still perfect (we wash and dry before freezing)

Good Morning, Kevin. Once again, you just inspired today's dinner menu. I was just at our Farmer's Market here in Santa Fe and I brought home carrots, Delicata Squash, various other squashes, some apples, and our beloved roasted red & green chiles. I've printed out your recipes and I will get going while my husband watches football this afternoon.
You also inspired our breakfast as I made your Cinnamon Maple Granola and we have it with our homemade Greek style yogurt (Instapot Yogurt is a regular for us) and really our enjoying this recipe for granola. I made so much granola, my neighbor/friend took a jar and made her Amazing Kitchen Sink Granola Oat cookies out of it for everyone around here to enjoy. I should note, the ingredients came from Tierra Farms as our bulk goods options are not always as fresh from our Co-Op and I didn't want to drive to Albuquerque while the Balloon Fiesta was going on this last week.

You've become an integral part of my Sunday afternoon routine. I'm going to try this dinner one day this week. I wonder, thougj, if the souffle would work with.pureed sweet potato instead of pumpkin. I may get carried away and try both!

Flowers, though I have issues, I always feel sad for the flowers, not to mention live Christmas trees, I was raised so frugal that cut flowers were always considered a waste of money because they only lasted for a week or so. Christmas trees were not as painful as I grew up on a farm, so trees out of the pasture were always used, but still, we killed it for just a couple weeks' enjoyment 😢, I know silly child hood story that comes along with me into my old age, I'm 61!
Yet I don't ever get cut flowers or give them because of that little inner voice!
I do like all your little hint things, though. They are handy!
My hint: Cutting sausage for a fancy plate like that, cut it on an angle! Changes the whole look from rustic to fancy!
Fall bouquet on my kitchen table seemed pretty spindly and I said out loud... I forgot greenery like Kevin does. Awww. A bouquet really needs greens.

Great meal, autumnial, warm and colourful with orange. Thank you! ...by the way, as your cooking book was not available on Amazon and as I absolutely wanted it, I ordered it from your website. It took a few weeks, then came with huge tax fees of course, so it's the most expensive cooking book, I have and I am very happy with it. The recipes are so practical and useful and it is a beautiful book 😃

I have made carrot soup several times but never with orange. I'll try it next time and substitute aquafaba for the eggs in the soufflé.
I will make the carrot soup with red carrots and red onion. We get red carrots only in winter and are juicier than orange ones.

Ah, Kevin, to truly refresh a flower arrangement, try these little tricks to have your arrangement last even longer.
Cut the stems about a half inch on the diagonal. Pour out the old water and rinse the vase.
Then, recreate the arrangement . You will be delighted with the results.
