Trombone stands that I own or have owned over the years. A brief description of different ones These are all stands that I have purchased and no one is endorsing me (bring it on if you want).
I was surprised you didn’t mention the biggest issue with the one that folds and fits in the bell. So much of it seems to be quite firm and durable, but then there’s that little grey clip that is supposed to keep the bit the bell rests on in position and it does that by just putting a little pressure on the center post… and it’s not enough pressure so it sinks with even just a little bit of weight put on my trombone - it’s impossible for it to not sink a bit when I’m attaching a clip on mic etc .. not because of the weight of the mic but just from touching the trombone as I’m doing it. Do you not have that problem? I do wonder if I’m doing something wrong with that little grey clip and there’s a way to make it sturdier. I’d appreciate it if you’d let me know!
Thank you very much for sharing and for your time making this video. It helped a lot.
