Wow Sam, what a beautiful Spanish destination Bilbao is to dock in & explore. The tour looked great and the guides sound so full of fascinating info 🙌🤩The architecture inside the Guggenheim Museum is incredible as is of course all of the pieces exhibited in there. Fabulous effort from everyone for Pirate Night, you all look wonderful. Enchanted Garden looks great too & its special themed menu. And I loved the dance party with Mickey and gang for the fireworks. You both made me giggle in your chat at the end, bless ya both as you were soooooo tired!!! lol ( & yes you should have gone to bed earlier 😋😛 algorithm ✅😜🤣lol ) x

On our 7 day med cruise last year that was port heavy with 4 days of port stops. With 3 kids we needed another holiday after that cruise 😂
Back again :) That was a good idea to get room service breakfast. I went to the MDR breakfast in Royal Garden. There were free buses to Bilbao from the ship, but Disney were very cagey with that information. They were not telling people about the free buses before the cruise. I rang Bilbao port before the cruise and they told me about the free buses so I didnt bother with an excursion and just went around old town on my own. I just stayed around old town I didnt bother going to the Guggenheim. I found a really lovely Basque coffee and pastry shop and wandered through the main shopping area. I was back at the ship about the same time as you, in fact I think I think I saw you taking the photos in the port car park, do you remember if someone offered to take photos of the two of you, that was me, :) Back on the ship I went to the Rainforest Room, which was so calm and peaceful. The main pool area was way too crowded for me. I was up on deck 13 in the adults area for the sail out and remember seeing the people jumping into the water. We did have the same dining rotation, I was on early at 6pm. Again I had 2 starters and no soup, the Crab Cake and the Beetroot Carpaccio. I also had the Lamb Shank and for desert I had the banana cake. Did you go to the Mickey's Pirates in the Caribbean deck party? It was on at about 7.30pm, just before your dinner? It was really crowded but fun. For the fireworks, I was in the same area, but I was at the railings. I can't believe how much you managed to do with so little sleep.
I go away for 3 nights annually with my best friends... we go away so we can rest and catch up on sleep but we always end up exhausted because we go to bed soooo late and wake up super early 😅

Another lovely vlog ❣️ idk why but I got anxious about the fireworks. What it the ship rocked too much or other boats would see it as a signal for help 😭 Also reminds me of the fireworks on the little mermaid ship
I like exploring new places, but I don't think I would have enjoyed the tour where you get zero freedom. Because I would want a magnet souvenir from the town I'm visiting, maybe some postcards, just enjoy the place, you know? Downside is maybe stressing about getting back to port on time xD Did you get to see the artworks from that Japanese artist you love? I'm not familiar so I'm not sure if any made it into the montage, but if now I'm very sad you didn't get to, and if yes I'm so happy for you! Welp, it wasn't until you hit the 'lighter note offerings' that I found something I could eat. I'm not even there and I could the anxiety rising xD The mango soup had me hopeful until I saw the coconut haha! For desserts the signature dessert is the only one I could eat. It's tough when you can't stand some of the most popular flavors (hazelnut, pineapple, coconut) xD
I think that I picked it up in Asda (George) a few years ago! Stupidly comfy 🙈 - they have done similar things each year so may be worth checking out to see if they are carrying anything like it this year 😊
why yes i will leave a comment about how you need a better sleep schedule to boost the algorithm, although i want to make it clear that i'm very much throwing stones from a glass house
