  • This bowl comes from a fail from three years ago. You can see the video here • Cracked Pine Resin Bow... It was put on the Shelf of Shame and there it sat for three long years. I wasn't sure if I could save it. It fought me every step of the way, but in the end.......It's Done!!!

    Nice! Have you ever turned Catalpa? It's a stunning wood after turning and polishing! It would look great with a pearl / honey colored resin! I would buy it in a second!

    You should be proud! That bowl is gorgeous! The 🍏 shape is perfect! The projects that give us the most trouble and require a serious amount of tenacious determination are usually the ones that shine the most.✨That one might be my favorite, you’ve made some beautiful bowls so, it’s hard to say for sure but, it’s definitely in the top 5. I just love it!

    Crikey that was a journey, you're persistence is admirable. Lovely piece, the wrong green isn't at all. Almost has a malachite look to it. Great job :)

    I think you may have a ship of Theseus situation on your hands. Meaning, how much of it can you replace with resin before it's no longer the original thing. 🤔

    You did a GREAT job on this one. I think I would have quit a long time ago, saying it wasn't meant to be made, lol. I love how you persisted to get it done, I do try to do the same thing with my crocheting, especially when I step out of my comfort zone and try new things. You inspire me to just keep on going and things will work out =)

    It's absolutely beautiful! The colors are superb, the wood is gorgeous...and despite setbacks that might make others give up, you didn't quit. Besides...how can we learn without screwing up now and then? We couldn't. Very beautifully done. You're a marvelous artist and craftsman.

    When you started I was hopping that you would add some other color (was thing just clear) to fill in any large voids in the wood. The neon(?) green was a great addition.

    It's so much fun to watch how quickly you tear into a regular piece of wood. It's mesmerizing watching the wood disappear. I love the green, it's so cool with the yellow on top. I found out that green and gold together is beautiful. I'd love to see one done in Yellow or orange, or both

    I love the colors together! It looks AMAZING. No matter how many problems that come along, you always show a beautiful piece. I’d love to have a hollower or a easy wood carbide tools so I could make some stuff. My bowl gouge it to the bottom and I can’t sharpen it anymore. I love the music and pour music!
