Very pretty. I don't like mini islands though.
Very over priced
so the lovely open welcoming view you get when you first walk in showcases your kitchen in all its glory. Unwashed dishes, cooking smells, floor needing washing etc. Unless you have a full time overworked maid, how can you possibly keep that kitchen visitor ready.
I'm trying to live and really don't care what "visitors" think. My visitors would definitely not care. It's called life.
How depressing that this ordinary home would sell for that price. Tiny bedrooms, tiny baths - , use gray/pale blue color, knock out a wall so you can say open concept, and what do you have - a house that looks like every other cheap flip on the market.
Both ladies have equally vulgar taste

Super duper generic. She took out the ONE OUNCE of character this place had. I LOVED that wall.
It looks very good, but we can enhance it as our company offers remote architecture and interior consultation services for house flippers and investors.

What is it thats wrong with designers who make the toilet bowl the first thing you see when you enter the bathroom.
Its supposed to be the bathroom youre entering not the toilet!
It doesnt take much effort to hide the toilet.
I never buy a home that makes the bathroom into a toilet. Position it out of sight but easy to find - eg a wee (privacy) wall or a different location in the room so youre not smacked in the face with a toilet bowl when youre just going in to brush your teeth. Its disgusting how people dont even seem to consider whether its a bathroom or a toilet theyre designing - well its a bathroom coz thats what they call it - but its not in this house - its a toilet coz thats what you see when you open the door.
