Man, the voice direction between cc and reunion is like night and day. Who the hell was the voice director for reunion to miss the mark on the tone of every scene like this???? I even thought clouds new va did a fantastic job in remake but even in this game he sounds so fucking flat it's embarrassing. Zacks va was the worst though and I TRIED to give him a shot but it's like the guy didn't even care or doesn't know how to portray emotion. God I miss Rick Gomez.
Can’t say I quite agree, I loved Cody’s performance as Cloud so much I thought I was going to die, and Caleb did a pretty good job with Zack. Still miss Rick though, his performance as Zack will always have a special place in my heart.

It’s definitely a different iteration, but, despite weird va moments, he had a very everyman excitement to him. Idk, I honestly loved playing Reunion despite the definite voice directing problems it had
