It says nothing on their site about bans like this anywhere. If you were not around when they did the ban how are you to even learn this beyond random comments?

Carbonic Copy is an interesting minion. It benefits most from comps that are really good at buffing one minion in particular like Deep Blue, but it’s in a tribe that likes to buff everyone. The main tribal synergy it really has is being a really good triple (doubly so with Surprise Elemental). I actually had a fun game with Carbonic Copy myself, except it was with Hot-Air Surveyor. I did even get the triple with Surprise for three giant divine shielded minions with a bunch of blood gems. Otherwise, it mostly seems like the kind of minion you triple into early for some tempo, maybe give some buffs, and then drop once you get better minions.
One thing to Recycling Wraith and Millhouse. The golden version says your next two refreshes cost (1) less. Depending on the game state a triple can hurt you bad.
It work functionally the same. In so much that we never know when, or what it will do. I loved that damn thing also... it always screwed me, BUT it was fun!
Elementals feel underpowered. Granted i'm not a high mmr player, but the only time i've won a lobby with "pure" elementals this past month it was due saurfang buddy

Not sure about "terrrible", but like a lot of builds if you do not hit the correct trinket you are screwed. Nothing like double Bountiful Bedrocks on turn 3, and turn 6 no Lava Lamp/Nomi :(
@Heretic721 could just seem that way to me because I haven't won a single solo game all season and I only won one duo game and even that game I'd say it was more my partner lol
Currently Gallywix is banned in elemental lobbies. It really hurt him hard, i don't remember the last time i've encountered him in a game.

I have not had it in conjunction, but it FEELS like it would thrive in a Nalaa/Tea Master build.

only play apm elementals if you habe a good pc, otherwise the animations will feel very painful
I mean they can be a pain, but compared to things like undead, and Catacomb Crasher though! That thing takes what feels like days to trigger!

Best way to win with elementals: don’t play them
I mean I am not sure if that is the best way to "win" with them, BUT it certainly is a good way to avoid LOSING while playing them.
