Nok Air is a cheap airline with poor customer service. One to avoid. Thai Airways is far superior.

NokAir was quite good when I went on the ATR 72-500 three years ago from DMK to SNO. My problem is I had a shit ton of knits stuck in my hair for a couple of days.

Wow. That is terrible. They literally allow people on the plane a few minutes after people got off. We were amazed again recently when we paid a touch more for Thai Air and got meals, alcoholic drinks and great service all included. Nok Air and Air Asia and Tiger Airways are not worth it usually. Especially now our health is at stake.

Thing is we were meant to board at 9:15AM (This is my flight yesterday), the plane we were on going back to DMK was a 738. It was bollocks! No knits this time so that was good however we were on an aircraft which had been leased twice. Goes back 18.5 years the aircraft. The window shutter was broken as in not even there and the tray table in front of me was half cracked.
