Hi Amazing footage!
I'm having a problem with a gimbal and I want to know if you know how can I fix it. Brand new Crane 4. Charged at home, once fully charged when I unplugged the USB-C the screen won't stop showing the battery icon, never turns off. Even when I power on the unit it shows like it's still charging.
Updated to the latest firmware and it does the same thing. Zhiyun support told me via Facebook that it could be a hardware problem with the unit so I got another unit from the retailer, same problem.

I feel very sad for the reason that it is not compatible with fx30 could you please update to be compatible with fx30 either by cable or Bluetooth

Hi! CRANE M3 does not have a vertical mounting plate but has a vertical shooting mode. In the vertical shooting mode, the joystick button will not work😊😊
