You are all in my thoughts often, sending you all massive hugs 🫂 Maries channel taught me a lot about DBT skills I still use, she was like a friend on FaceTime, I felt understood and validated. She will always be a glimmer of hope in my recovery, she continues to inspire me in many ways❤ She is always with you, feathers, songs, if you’re chatting to her she’s sat right by you. Take care of each other❤ lots of love
